ZillowVERIFIEDAndre is great and very knowledgeable. He is fast responding and has great negotiation skills. He selected a few house for us to tour every week. He is very familiar with local community and gave us a lot of suggestion about where and what to choose.

ZillowVERIFIED Antonio changed the terms to a lease agreement multiple times during what he called a ?review period.? We decided not to rent from him because of it. Did not sit well with us to have an agreement in place and have the terms changed at the last second for more money.

ZillowVERIFIED Andre did a great job to get the best house for me. He was checking with me hundreds of listings every day and was able to find the best one. I purchased it for a fair price, he was involved in all the processes around it. Thank you!

ZillowVERIFIED She is very smart and likable. She is a very good person and an amazing negotiator. She never gives up and helped us so much throughout our journey of finding and buying a home and she taught us so much on buying a house. I would definitely recommend her to anybody looking for buying a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a first time home was so foreign to my husband and I , but Rick Rolfe really handled all our questions . He stuck by our side with constant communication on the roller coaster experience of buying a home in this market. Most importantly we needed to stay as close to the Westside as possible as our businesses are centered there, but also stay within our budget. We bought a great little house in Culver City with a great sized lot with room to grow. We definitely recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED I?ve worked with several real estate companies in the past as my business tends to take me around the country and TruLine Realty, honestly, is the next level when it comes to hand holding you through the process. Not only did Antonio answer every single call or text but he made sure I was comfortable through the entire purchase process. My wife pressed me on taking my time on my purchase and Antonio was 100% patient on my decision. I am proud to say that my family and I now have our family dream home and it is all due to Antonio and TruLine Realty. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking to buy or sell in Sherman Oaks and beyond. Adrian R?Mante

ZillowVERIFIED I recommended a lifelong friend to Sierus to sell her home in West Covina after her mother passed away. Considering the emotional distress inherent is that kind of situation, Sierus and his staff really stepped up and hit a grand slam for my friend. She was ectatic with the outcome and the entire process was as painless as could be under those demanding conditions. I would refer them to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Christina Paloma is the best! She went above and beyond for us in our home search. She looked at properties for us since we were purchasing remotely and set up many appointments, traveled and met with inspectors (since we were out of the area). I couldnt recommend a realtor more. Especially if you are looking for a vintage home.

ZillowVERIFIED Very diligent and assertive when it was necessary. Great representative and has good communication with both buyer and seller. Our closing was a lot more work than anticipated. When the buyer went silent on us Cynthia pushed for communication. The deal was eventually done. Highly recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED I found Kara as a cold call based off I property I was interested in and thought she could find something similar. Being new to LA she helped me navigate what was affordable, and what my needs were - in a very competitive market. Couldnt have been a better cold call. She held my hand through all the new homebuyer process, and stuck it out the extensive search time it took for me to find just the right place. Highly recommended. Cant say enough great thing

ZillowVERIFIED Antonio has been a dream to work with. He is professional, focused, and takes great care in finding the perfect home to fit your needs. As a first time home buyer, Antonio answered all of my many questions and continues to be a trusted resource after closing as well. I never felt worried throughout our entire process and knew I was always seeing the houses that fit my specifications- no stone was ever left unturned but I felt that my experience was curated well simultaneously. My transaction happened faster than I could have ever imagined thanks to Antonio?s care, knowledge of the market, and strong communication skills. I went into this process the same way many of us are- hearing nothing but doom and gloom from friends and family who have been looking for a home or recently purchased. I am thrilled to say that Antonio made sure my experience was fantastic! If you are looking for someone who is smart, strategic, and a good human being (which I hope you are), then look no further. I can?t wait to work with Antonio for many years to come.

ZillowVERIFIED Intelligent, personable, very knowledgeable in the business and so easy to work with, Pegahs astute assistance, especially in closing my rental deal on a completely redone property was invaluable, even before we met face to face. And on the final walk through, she kept busily inspecting and notating every little detail for me, while I measured the place for furniture possibilities. I felt very well taken care of and completely protected throughout the entire deal, and I enjoyed her vibrant company in person as well. I highly recommend that you work with Pegah. I am so very glad that I did.

ZillowVERIFIED Andre provided advice on how how much to bid, as well as providing a matrix to look at, based on how much is within my reach of purchasing a home. At the end of day, he is really helpful and does communicate with you.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark is an extremely knowledgable, compassionate, and dedicated realtor. Because we were living across the country, we did the entire process virtually. Mark couldnt have been nicer. We found a great home in a great location thanks to Mark. We couldnt have done it without him.
