What clients say about this agent....
Amy had our house up for sale and sold in 4 days. She is very knowledgeable and works very hard for her clients. She is very honest. She had fell on the ice and couldn't hardly walk and showed us a house. She puts her clients first above her own needs. If we ever sell again Amy will be our realtor.
Amy sold our house in 5 days. She was courteous, was always on time, and told us how the local market was doing. She was sympathetic to our limitations with health issues and helped find men to assist with moving outside items and cleaning out buildings . We appreciated the time she spent with us and how keeping us informed.
I sold a home through Amy and everything about the experience was nothing but Professional in every way. From the initial listing of the home to the closing Amy kept me informed of how the process was going which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Amy for all you real estate needs.
Amy was wonderful she went above and beyond to help us... she took the stress away from us by explaining everything very thoroughly. We are so happy we chose Amy as our realtor we placed our trust in her hands and we are not sorry thank you Amy.
Amy has been more than helpful with all of my real estate needs. My husband et I have purchased more than 1 home et Amy helped in all purchases. She was available at any hour of the day, was thorough, detailed et supportive. Amy was never pushy et listened to our wants/needs.
Amy is excellent! She knows the area well, she is very friendly, and always accommodating. She knows how to help find what you are looking for and if you are selling she and David can help make sure you dont have any hiccups during the process, thank you Amy!
Amy's husband made ALL the updates. We are first time buyers and completely got taken advantage of. It felt sketchy from the start - I didn't have a realtor, so Amy who was working with the people selling, decided she was going to be my realtor as well. I'm not sure if that's the way it's supposed to work, but just didn't feel right. She was working for both me and the seller which seems like a conflict of interest. Why the Bedford Board of Realtors allow this is beyond me.1. The "workshop" room, which was basically a small garage was turned into the kitchen. There is no vent for heating/cooling, so cooking is miserable to say the least. The new floor boards are already popping up, and the pantry door is slanted and won't stay closed. The cabinet doors aren't even and you can't even open one of the doors without hitting trim. Her husband came to look at my floors, he just took a mallet and started beating the floor making it 10 times worse. So now, we are just going to redo it since I was lied to again. Amy told me she had a whole box of the flooring we were needing, but then turned around and said they didn't when he came out to look. 10/31/20 - My electric is out again! Only 1 room has working electricity. I can't believe how much he screwed it up! The previous owners didn't have these issues. 2. The room that used to be the kitchen is now the laundry room, we had to install new outlets that worked with a dryer, even though she assured us the outlets were exactly what we needed.3. There are cracks EVERYWHERE that I'm assuming her husband created that started from the warped/cheap trim they put up. The trim isn't nailed all the way down, he only nailed the top making the bottom bulge - It doesn't even meet the wall at the bottoms.Plus, he only put trim where he wanted I guess? We none in our front room, fully done in the middle room, and half done in the 3rd room. 2 corners in the living room have the old trim (Weird, but okay).4. The paint job is a joke - multicolored and you can tell where holes were made and patched. . Along with gobs of paint in the rooms with carpet.5. On the side our our house is just a hefty amount of broken glass that I know for a fact wasn't there when the previous owners lived here and we've had a heck of a time trying to get it picked up to make it safe for our animals.6. The dishwasher and microwave were not installed properly. Samsung had to come fix our microwave and the dishwasher flooded the cabinet under our sink.7. He did some electrical work in our living room/master room, so now 2 walls of outlets aren't working. (Yes we flipped the breakers and checked for a shortage). So we are going to have to get an electrician out here for the second time. The electrician said it was some of the most sloppy work he had ever seen and spent 9ish hours total trying to make it right. He said there were several junction boxes overflowing that had newer wiring along with new wires buried under insulation without junction boxes. In the paperwork they signed off on completing the inspectors recommendations for adding junction boxes.. The one he installed was all cut up to fit the overload of wires. He couldn't fit the lid on top so shoved it down with a light cover switch. Thanks bud!8. Water leak within 3 weeks of being here and had to change the whole line.I realize every house needs maintenance, but they were paid almost 20k for these "repairs" that have just cost us ALL our savings.
Amy is great!!!!!! She listened to our needs and helped us pick the perfect fit for us! Shes a great communicator. She also advocated for what we wanted. Amy is very easy to work with!!!
We could not have asked for a better experience buying our first home. Amy made the process so smooth for us and was ALWAYS available when we needed anything. I am so happy with the entire service she provided to us.
Very sweet lady! Very good at what she does. When finding our home, we had to go through several to find it. Amy was very patient with us and would drop anything to meet us to go look at a house. She would always notify us when a new listing appeared. Very friendly and outgoing.
