Review We cannot speak highly enough of Alesia and her team. We had never even met Alesia when we contacted her - we were living overseas at the time. She not only jumped in right away to help us buy our home, but because we were buying it before moving to Kailua, she also made it possible (through her tireless and thoughtful efforts) to find and manage tenants prior to our arrival. In doing so, she thought of absolutely every detail - everything from stocking the house (which was empty) with furniture, kitchen equipment, household consumables, etc. There is no way we could have pulled that off without Alesia and her excellent team. In addition to being supremely professional and on top of things, she is a lovely and kind person. You honestly cannot go wrong with Alesia.

Review I was referred to Brian Boltwood from Alesia Barnes earlier the year, shortly after I received a follow up call from Brian. I explained to him we werent planning to go to Hawaii until the end of August. We kept in touch over the next few month, back and forth with what we were looking for in our ultimate second home. We finally met up and he had a list of properties in the price range we were looking for, we found Brian not only very friendly, but extremely professional. He is very familiar with the areas we wanted, never pushing us to settle, it was more than just a sale for him even though we didnt see anything the first day. We planned to meet in a couple of days, thinking our budget may not be up to what is needed for what we were looking for, we had Brian just show us not only properties in our price range but some higher than what we are interested in paying. We finished the day looking, we were prepared to give up and decided to take Brian to a nice lunch at aEUR~Room without a keyaEUR? and just keep in touch with him. When we got to lunch, Brian pulled out his laptop and said lets search one more time. There it was just came on the market hours earlier the picture showing just what we wanted. He contacted the sellers agent and off we went later that afternoon to look at the Condo, we found our home! Brian made it happen and we closed escrow less than 30 days from California and everything was done thought the technology of internet, we did not have to do one thing out of our normal day to compete the purchase, I would recommend Brian Boltwood to anyone wanting to live the dream of Hawaii. I must also put a shout out to everyone in Alesias office for their professionalism with the contract and escrow.

She is extremely approachable and easy to work with; which is very important to me because I will be buying from out of state.
