Keller Williams Southern Arizona

Juan was extremely helpful finding us a house and community that suited us. We are new to AZ so we relied on his knowledge of the area. He was very accomodating, attentive, and honest. We highly recommend Juan.

Brittney was truly a heaven sent for our family. We were moving from the other side of the country and werent able to be in the area for most of the process. She knew we had little knowledge of the area and was extremely honest and knowledgeable. Not only is she an amazing realtor and really knows her stuff but she is truly a joy to work with. She made the process of purchasing our home as easy as possible. We are so thankful for Brittney!

I connected with Jessica through Zillow and had an amazing home-buying experience from start to finish. From our very first conversation and throughout all the homes we toured, Jessica took the time to understand my needs and wants. I felt she genuinely understood not just the features I was looking for, but also how I wanted my home to feel. One thing I especially appreciated was her honesty. She was always willing to point out things she noticed in a home that might not have been reflected in the listing. I never felt pressured, and I knew she had my best interests in mind. When it came time to close, we faced some unexpected challenges because the seller was not addressing the requirements needed for the VA loan. This put our closing date at risk, but she worked incredibly hard to keep us on schedule, ultimately closing on time.

Having done business with a relatively large number of realtors over the years, I would say that Juan is by far one of the best. He really makes you, as his client, feel that you are his top priority. Our purchase transaction was very smooth and easy thanks to his thoroughness and expertise. I would highly recommend Juan if you are in the market to buy or sell!

As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I had a lot of questions, and Shenalyn made the whole process feel so much easier. She is down to earth, friendly, and so easy to talk to, and she kept in contact and checked in frequently so we never felt lost or unsure of what was happening next. She truly went above and beyond for us. Because my husband and I were both working in the beginning of the process, she was willing to meet us later in the day and even on the weekend to view homes, and she was always on time and in good spirit. She got repairs and paperwork done quickly, shared a lot of insight about the homes that we as first-time buyers would never have known to look for, and gave us great referrals for people to help with the things we needed. We felt lost going through this process and she helped ease that anxiety and and made it a great experience. What really stood out was how much she genuinely cared and went above and beyond- She checked in with me after my son had to have dental surgery or after a heavy rain, she went to the house we were purchasing on her own just to make sure there were no leaks we hadn't noticed before and she continued to go above and beyond throughout the whole process. We were wanting to find a home as soon as possible as we have a baby on the way and she helped us get it done faster than we could have expected. We found her through Zillow, and we can't recommend her enough aEUR" especially for first-time buyers who want someone knowledgeable, responsive, and truly in their corner. We will be reaching out to her in the future for our next home purchase as well.
