I'd like to sell my furniture with my house. How do I sell a fully furnished house? I don't want to negotiate pieces and I don't want to deal with the hassle of trying to sell off all of it separately. I can't take it with me to my next location. Can I include all the furniture in the list price? Or will that turn off potential buyers?
How do I rent back my house after it's sold? I'm hoping to sell and then stay for a couple weeks to do work on a new place. What are strategies for negotiating this?
I want to invest in property/properties, but I don't want the responsibility of managing it or incurring all the costs. Are there property investment groups to join? Like a pool of investors that all buy property and share the profit or loss? If these exist, how can I find one?

I met a great couple of agents, but after first 5 or so places they gave to us to look at the others they have given me are: too expensive, not the features we want not in area we ask. Am l expecting too much?? Need a place soon

How can I get my costs as low as possible on my home sale so I can make the biggest profit? Can I get the buyer to pay closing costs?
My potential Selling Agent wants me to not only sign the listing agreement exclusive right to sell which is understandable but also a buyer-broker exclusive Employment Agreement for 7 mo. is this even ethical? He also won't give me a listing price until i sign the listing agreement. How do I know if I want to hire him without that?
