Shelby took the complex situation I presented her with and saw it through. Even while being deployed overseas, she helped my wife back home & I find a new house to call ours. She was able to communicate with me whenever needed, even working through being in completely different time zones. If I couldn?t be reached, her and my wife would handle whatever was needed. Shelby knew exactly how to proceed & work with a VA Loan. She wasted no time exploring potential homes and steered us from ones that would ultimately be declined by the VA; saving us time as well as peace of mind. Once we found the right one, her negotiation skills brought us to the table and after some paperwork and processing, got keys in our hand.
