ZillowVERIFIEDShelby Rawlings at Exit Self Property Advisors is an awesome realtor to work with. I was on a very limited timeline to find a property coupled with the fact that I was moving from Florida to Georgia had an injury and could not travel to view properties in person. Shelby worked with my son who lives in Georgia and they would visit places and do video calls with me so I could see the property. Less than two weeks before I was scheduled to move, I found a property and she was able to get all the arrangements made for a quick closing. Everything went smoothly thanks to Shelby Rawlings. I definitely recommend working with Shelby and would not hesitate using her again!

ZillowVERIFIED Shelby did an amazing job helping us find our home. She never made it seem like a chore to be helping us. As a military family, it was nice knowing she had the expertise and knowledge to help in every aspect of our home buying process. She was so down to earth and truly went to bat to make sure our home was everything we wanted/needed. I also appreciated that she was always straight forward about certain things but not in a harsh way. I'd rather be told we should do it differently rather than having to miss out on a home because someone wouldn't tell us it wouldn't get results. Seriously couldn't be happier to work with her, and when the time comes to relocate/if we want to move again, she will be the one we contact. She has our trust 100%!

ZillowVERIFIED Shelby has been nothing short of amazing. She followed up daily from the beginning of the search of our dream home to the day we received our keys. Shelby fought tooth and nail, to make sure we were the ones of many looking at this home to solidify the deal. Throughout the months, meeting and planning with Shelby, I feel like we?ve gained a family member. We never had a doubt from beginning to end that she would provide for us. I would highly recommend this exceptional human being to anyone looking to purchase their dream home and maybe they?ll see family in Shelby just as we did.

ZillowVERIFIED Shelby is by far the most professional and reliable realtor I have worked with to date. She was an amazing help while attempting to buy our home from across the country and was more than willing to work her schedule to fit us at all times, as well as, communicate with us every step of the way to ensure nothing was missed and there was no undue stressors introduced in an already tumultuous time. She was very familiar with active duty military and VA processes which helped us greatly with our negotiations and getting an amazing deal on a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Shelby was an absolute godsend!! We actually had another agent who dropped us suddenly when our first offer fell through. It left us with a huge Selena because we HAD to sell fast! My husband called Shelby and she stopped by the house that very day and told us a couple of changes to make to the Zillow listing and some other advice that she felt would help. Everything that came up with the selling of the home she handled it so quickly! We were so impressed and truly grateful that she was able to get our house sold in less then a month when the market was slowing down! If you need a realtor then stop looking! Shelby is your girl! She has a TON of connections that helps everything move quickly and efficiently. She is so knowledgeable and a great personality that won?t let you make a poor decision. I honestly can?t say enough great things about her in order to capture how wonderful of an agent she is!

ZillowVERIFIED Shelby is a professional, very attentive to all the details of the transaction and is an excellent communicator (even after hours). Ours was an out-of-state relocation and Shelby was very helpful in assisting us with the unknowns of moving to a new city/state. She was instrumental in setting coordinating our mail-away closing, purchasing of some of the sellers personal property and making sure we were able to get access to our new home once we got into town after hours. Shelby was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and the home itself as she was also the listing agent, she was able to have direct contact with the sellers for a speedy contract negotiation. We would recommend Shelby for your next sale or purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED Very Knowledgeable and professional. I recommended Shelby to my friend to help her sell her house. In spite of obstacles and several issues that arose, Shelby was able to get my friends house sold faster than anyone thought possible, and at a price above the asking price. In spite of only 3 years in Real estate Shelby is consistently rated as a top agent. She knows her business, and is extremely good at it!

ZillowVERIFIED Shelby took the complex situation I presented her with and saw it through. Even while being deployed overseas, she helped my wife back home & I find a new house to call ours. She was able to communicate with me whenever needed, even working through being in completely different time zones. If I couldn?t be reached, her and my wife would handle whatever was needed. Shelby knew exactly how to proceed & work with a VA Loan. She wasted no time exploring potential homes and steered us from ones that would ultimately be declined by the VA; saving us time as well as peace of mind. Once we found the right one, her negotiation skills brought us to the table and after some paperwork and processing, got keys in our hand. Her ability to coordinate with the mortgage lending team and myself to make this happen was truly impressive and I would recommend her services to anyone wanting to buy a home, especially a first time homeowner such as myself. Her and the team went above & beyond and I could not be happier with their determination and effort.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband is currently deployed and we decided to buy a house in GA while I lived in Florida. During the beginning of our search for a new home I was introduced to Shelby and she was amazing. Given our situation was more difficult than others she gave great advice and even referred us to the lender we ended up using. Shelby was very professional and beyond helpful/educational during the whole process. I would recommend Shelby to anyone and we will definitely be using her for future purchases!

Shelby was quick and responsive when we needed her and checked in with us to make sure our needs were met. Thank you, Shelby!
