Jay is awesome! Not only is he on top of what he is doing, but he's also a very friendly person; none of that awkwardness that you may have had with another person. He is very professional, and very knowledgeable about the areas in which he is showing homes. I know there were several times that a home we were interested in buying would fall through, and Jay was right on top of moving forward, and finding us new locations to look at. He takes it very seriously. We've got one child, and another one on the way, and Jay scoped out the best houses and neighborhoods for us to view. In the end, we bought a beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood, and we couldn't be happier! It wasn't nearly as stressful as I had imagined, but then again we did get a one of a kind real estate agent. Going to Jay to help us find a home is one thing that we definitely did right. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a new home.
