Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on our needs. We were buying a home in Tucson as a rental property near the UofA, but being from Northern California we had no knowledge of neighborhoods surrounding the university. To top it off we were in N. Cal most of the time so we needed a realtor that would be actively engaged and willing to do a lot of footwork on our behalf rather than just adding us to their email communication listing that sends you homes for sale. Jose was the exact realtor we were looking for! He went out of his way to have regular conference calls with us so he could hear exactly what we were looking for. We had only had one day to fly down and look at properties so he weeded out anything that didnt meet all of our needs. He did a fantastic job of listening to exactly what we wanted. In just one day we found exactly what we had in mind making the process so streamlined. Being out of town he represented us at all our inspections as well. The home buying process can be a very stressful time. Jose was so personal and made you feel like a family member was helping you through the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor in the Tucson area.

Jessica was the first one to answer my Zillow request and the first one to call me. She was awesome from the beginning with eagerness to meet me at and help me find my very first home. She quickly learned that I do better in person then I do to email. She didn't mind at all to meet you for whatever reason I needed. First time I met her she help me setup my laptop with all the information I needed and showed me how to use the MLS app. Took the time out to listen to me. She listen to my story and who I am and started our journey to find my first home. Places came and went, and she kept encouraging me that one will come along, that will make me happy. It didn't take much time after that before I actually did find the best one out of all. She went above and beyond all that she could do for me, to make sure I got my first home of my dreams. Not only that but she got me a place where I can afford myself to live which is a great accomplishment for me, my very first home. I feel like I not only have a realtor I can trust and respect but truly a friend forever. Vanguard Realty, you got a very special lady, which I'm sure you already know. Thank you Jessica Hernandez for making my first time home buyer a happy and special one.
