Kollin came highly recommended to me after some disappointing experiences with other agents. I have to say Kollin repeatedly went above and beyond my expectations. Kollin is very knowledgeable on the market trends and had really good insight on different areas (which would appreciate faster, which would plateau, etc) in Southern California. The market was really hot at the time and even average homes were not lasting more than a week on the market after being listed. I travel a lot for work, so Kollin made himself available after hours to answer any questions or concerns I may have had. He would also review the list of properties I liked and send me similar properties that I may have overlooked. If there was an issue, Id call or text Kollin and within thirty minutes or less he would have an answer for me!! This was definitely one of those experiences where I felt I could just relax and let the expert (Kollin) take care of everything. I am VERY IMPRESSED with Kollin and look forward to working with him again on my next purchase or sale.

My wife and I had the pleasure of having Kollin & Michelle Hill help us through our first home-buying experience and they have been absolutely incredible!
