Samson Properties

Kashif Rasul helped us to sell our house in a very professional manner. He was very helpful from very first day till the settlement day using all up to date marketing strategies . We highly recommend KASHIF RASUL from Samson properties to our friends and community

As first-time veteran homebuyers, we knew what we wanted but had no idea how to start. Donna Chong fixed that. She toured homes with us for weeks until we found the right one, then explained exactly how to structure a competitive offer and connected us with a lender who got us closed in under 20 days. After our offer was accepted, she handled the inspection process, advocated for our requests with the seller, and stayed engaged at every step. She always gave us options, explained the reasoning behind them, and clearly cared about getting it right aEUR" not just getting it done. Highly recommend Donna for anyone buying or selling in the area.

Art was amazing! He provided advice, pricing, and all services a sales agent should have, in the most professional and friendly manner. Fran was equally terrific to work with. We were very happy with the process and sale of our home. They went above and beyond with help preparing the house; from staging to last minute clean up prior to a showing. All of their efforts are most appreciated. Highly recommend!

Donna Chong of the Fox Team was wonderful to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable, warm, responsive, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Since I now live on the West Coast, selling the house from afar could have been challenging, but Donna truly went above and beyond to make everything as smooth as possible. I always felt that the house was in good hands, and I really appreciated her attention to detail, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile. I would highly recommend Donna to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring realtor.

Art did a great job. I feel he really knows the market well. He assessed the price for my property at a good number. I appreciated his flexibility for me getting ready to sell my house. Definitely would recommend him to other others in the northern Virginia area. I also appreciate both his and his assistants outlook and sense of humor and can do attitude. I definitely appreciated Frans assistance to find people to do work at my home. I just wish Art and Fran were here in St. Paul Minnesota to help find our next whom.
