ZillowVERIFIEDDonna Chong of the Fox Team was a terrific realtor. She was super responsive and helpful. She was knowledgeable about the areas we wanted to pursue and was a steady guide with us over the more than year-long search to find the right house. She was always cheerful and engaged no matter how many homes we wanted to see or how far out they were. We would have no hesitation in using her again or recommending her to others. Thank you, Donna!

ZillowVERIFIED Donna Chong of The Fox Team made what could have been a stressful home buying experience feel smooth, exciting, and genuinely enjoyable. As a military family, we needed someone who understood the challenges that come with PCS timelines, constant communication, and making big decisions from a place of trust, and Donna exceeded every expectation. From day one, Donna was honest, transparent, and always had our best interests at heart. She never pushed us toward a home just to close a deal and was always concerned first and foremost with what we want. Instead, she took the time to answer every question, offer thoughtful advice, and make sure we felt confident in every decision we made. She always was on our side and we could be honest with her and always received the same honesty back. Her communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. No matter how busy things got, Donna was always quick to respond, kept us informed every step of the way, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. What truly set her apart was the extra effort she put in to ensure we were taken care of. She consistently went above and beyond, advocating for us and making us feel like more than just clients. We are so grateful to have had Donna by our side during such an important milestone. If youre looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, hardworking, and truly cares about the people she serves, we cannot recommend Donna Chong of The Fox Team highly enough. We especially recommend her to fellow military families, youll be in the best hands.

ZillowVERIFIED Donna Chong of the Fox Team provided extraordinary service to my wife and I from start to finish. She came recommended to us by a friend and was the perfect person to guide us through the home buying process as first time buyers. She was constantly communicative, willing to tour without us being present, and extremely detail oriented. Once we went under contract, she did not let off the gas. In every stage of inspections she would find or bring up unsatisfactory conditions needing to be remedied by the seller, things we would not have even considered checking or negotiating. She saved us thousands. Not to mention, her understanding of military families and the va loan process helped us immensely. Thank you Donna Chong.

ZillowVERIFIED Donna Chong of the Fox Team was amazing to work with and helped us buy a home in Springfield, VA! We were out of state so it was more difficult to coordinate showings, but Donna was extremely helpful and went above and beyond helping us tour homes virtually to narrow down our in-person tours to accommodate our tight timeline. We cant recommend her enough

ZillowVERIFIED Donna Chong of the Fox Team, has been our incredible go to real estate expert for 10 years now. She did such an amazing job of helping us find a great rental in Chantilly back in 2015 that it was an absolute no brainer to seek her assistance again in 2024 when we relocated back to the DMV area. Most recently, she worked effortlessly with us to buy a home in Stafford. It was quite a journey but Donna never wavered. She was a positive, encouraging advocate and wonderful advisor from start to finish. I truly cant recommend Donna Chong and the Fox Team enough, we are grateful!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Donna Chong of the Fox Team by far exceeded all expectations on how great a real estate agent could be, how important it is to get a great realtor, and how lucky I was to have her on my team. As a first time Homebuyer in an area like Woodbridge, I was nervous heading into it, I had met with several agents and none could meet my needs or timelines which can be difficult being Active Duty Military transferring to a new station. Until I met Donna. From the very beginning, she took the time to explain every step in a way that made sense, never rushing me and always making sure I felt comfortable and confident in every decision. She was patient, and I could tell she genuinely cared, as well as her responsiveness and communication skills being second to none. Whether it was answering my questions, scheduling showings, or offering honest advice about what to look for, Donna always went above and beyond. I never felt pressured, only supported through the entire process. Her knowledge of the market and negotiation skills helped me end up with the perfect house within my budget, and I'm still amazed at how smooth the process felt. I truly couldnt have asked for a better guide through this process. If youre a first-time homebuyer, or any buyer at all, I highly recommend Donna Chong. I'm incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her. 5/5 Exceptional first time homebuyer experience

ZillowVERIFIED Donna Chong of the Fox Team is the best! The sale of our South Riding house was extremely smooth and fast. Donna took care of everything. Not only does she have an amazing personality and extreme knowledge of the real estate market, she is also surrounded by any professionals you might need while going through the selling process (such as photographers, stagers, handymans). Through hers and her team high marketing skills, she ensured that every new house owner was able to see the house. After very well planned open houses, we received multiple offers and were able to steadily close. Thank you Donna!

ZillowVERIFIED Donna Chong of the Fox Team was exactly who we needed to help navigate my husband and Is first home buying experience. She is extremely knowledgeable, organized, and proactive. We purchased a new home in Falls Church and had to wait over 13 months to close. Donna attended every single meeting and ensured that nothing slipped through the cracks when communicating with the builder, project manager, various vendors, etc. We had tons of questions along the way which she was more than happy to answer, or put us in contact with professionals from her network who could help us. I highly recommend Donna to anyone interested in buying. She was so positive and reassuring along the way and we trusted her from the first meeting we had with her. We hope to once again work with Donna in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Donna Chong of the Fox Team is absolutely amazing. Almost 10 years ago, she helped me with my first home purchase in Fairfax, and now almost a decade later, she helped me sell my condo, all while I was moving out of town. She made both processes incredibly easy, with her constant communication, patience and tenacity. Over the years, Donna has not only been my realtor, but also has become a friend. She consistently would go out of her way to reach out both on special occasions as well as to just see how I was doing. Thank you Donna for everything you've done, you rock!

ZillowVERIFIED Donna Chong of the Fox Team is the best agent I ever met, as I always siad. She has helped me to handle my rent property in last 5 years. This time when I tried to sell my another property in Centreville, Virginia, she did a great job again as my listing agent! From the very beginning of market analysis, to a huge effort to upgrade the house status, and finally closing the transaction, she did much more effort than an agent should do. Hiring and conordinating contrators, shopping and ordering best price appliances and materials, and even prepaid on behalf me for different charges. I shrongly recommend Donna Chong as your real state agent if you are looking someone in this area. My wife and I would like to say thanks to Donna again here.

ZillowVERIFIED Donna helped me purchase my home in Chantilly a couple years ago. I made her work really hard since I looked at many, many houses, but had a difficult time making a decision. She was excellent at staying on top of the entire purchase process and making sure I was getting the best deal possible. Most importantly, she is probably the most approachable real estate agent I have ever used. No matter how many emails I sent or houses I look at, she always made me feel like I was her top priority, even though I knew she had many other clients. She was consistently enthusiastic throughout the entire process, and as a result I feel very strongly in recommending her to my friends and neighbors. What I also appreciate is that some of the properties I toured were quite a distance away, sometimes more than an hour from where we live, and it did not concern her in the least; she enjoys her job and wants to help, and does an excellent job. What more can you ask? Donna is outstanding.

ZillowVERIFIED A friend recommended Donna Chong of the Fox team as a real estate agent that would make the experience of selling my home in Reston as painless as possible. They were not kidding! Donna explained the entire process and ensured I wasn't overwhelmed at any time. She was active during all phases and told me exactly what I needed to do to get the property ready. I really cant stress how well Donna will take care of you. And with a transaction as large as a home sale, that is what you deserve! Donna also helped us find a new home in Burke! She was even more helpful with buying as she was in selling. I say this mostly because buying is way more stressful. Even so, Donna's cheerful personality and knowledge of the real estate market made it easily manageable. She helped us search for and view homes within our price range until we found the perfect home! Will definitely be using her again (please don't ever retire!) Thank you, Donna!

ZillowVERIFIED Yall this woman. She saw an application request on a rent house and within hours was contacting me via email and phone to help me get into a house. She asked what we wanted in terms of house size, bathrooms, bedrooms, backyard, sq footage, garages, etc and she jumped on the ball. She emailed dozens of home owners helping us look for houses they may not be readily available on Zillow or Trulia. She went above and beyond and drove to houses for us. Skyped us and let us see the houses in real time. She gave us her honest opinion about the layout, the details of the home, and the neighborhood. We are truly grateful for her and wouldnt have been able to find a house without her.
