After the open house she was persistent in following up therefore I decided to sign on with her and the Re-max team throughout my home buying journey. Being a first time home buyer I was new to the process and that alone can be quite intimidating. Throughout the process she was extremely responsive, proactive, easy to work with, and patient as we looked at over 20 properties together. Working with her through this process was great and I highly recommend her for other first time home buyers.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathy Sparks is a top notch Realtor. I would recommend her to anyone. I will contiue to use her for my future selling and/or buying of houses. I consider her my one and only Realtor. She knows her job inside and out. She was great when it came to negotiating the price when I was a buyer and a seller. She has a lot of contacts for any of the normal stuff that you might need done to the house whether you are selling or buying it, with reasonable pricing. She has many more contacts for unusual circumstances like a carpet manufacturing company who installs carpet before moving into the new house, to a lawyer when there is a lien on the house and you have 3 days to resolve this issue. The issue was resolved in time for closing. Kathy helped me buy and sell 2 houses in the past. She was very accommodating to my schedule when looking for the right house. She is a very pleasant person to work with. She is a professional. She ensures all the I's are dotted and T's are crossed. When my house wasn't getting much traffic, Kathy suggested staging my house. Kathy and her sister brought some of their staging furniture, redecorated and staged my house to sell. A short time after the staging I had an offer on my house, accepted the offer, and sold the house. Kathy is the Realtor you want.

I trusted her statment and decided to have her as my agent/savior.She is a CDPE and she is the best agent ever we 've had.After meeting Kathy and explaning our situation to her , she gave us a sense of hope and that there is a good way out based on her solid knowledge and expertise in the Real Estate World.. Kathy was able to help us qualify for the HAFA short sale program with which, we were able to get a 3K$ relocation help from Chase and we are not responsible or liable to pay for the bank for their loss nor had to pay taxes on the forgiven debt..Kathy did a very good job on both challenging and convincing my lender to accept the short sale offer we submitted in a very short time. I still can not believe that we set a new record in doing a short sale in less that 3 months. All in all, I would highly recommend Kathy Sparks to anyone looking for a professional agent, who sincerely cares and fights for your best interests , not just looking for commissions, Someone who understands the current housing market and very aware and updated with all the currents rules and laws.
