Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty

Jeff and Lisa went above and beyond. We provided a very specific list of specifications for our desired home and limited them to a very small geographic area. They were up to the challenge and found us the perfect house. They are very easy to work with, thourough, efficient and dependable. 5 stars in every way.

In my experience Jeff and Lisa Armbruster are seasoned agents, very familiar with prices and trends in our area. They were always responsive to my questions and concerns. Most of all I found them to be honest and ethical. Working with them was a pleasure and they have made my sale seamless.

We interviewed several realtors before selecting Jeff and Lisa. Jeff showed up a few days before our appointment with an impressive notebook of comps and market trends specifically tailored to our home and area. Nobody else came close to his level of preparation. After meeting with Jeff and Lisa we decided to go with them. Jeff pretty much took the lead as our main contact. My wife said it best.... Jeff always answered the phone with a smile on his face. In the weeks that we worked with Jeff, he was never down or discouraged. Always a glass-half-full kind of personality. He was helpful, patient, encouraging, easy to reach. He went above and beyond, and became a friend in the process. I would recommend Jeff and Lisa without hesitation.
