Jeff showed up a few days before our appointment with an impressive notebook of comps and market trends specifically tailored to our home and area. Nobody else came close to his level of preparation. I live in Texas so I had to rely on them to pick and manage all of the contractors that were needed for minor repairs. They selected very good contractors that were reasonable in their prices. ZillowVERIFIED Jeff was persistent in the selling of our home. Our house was in a great location for us ...but a little to far out of the city for lots of people, so it was not an easy sell. He put our house in all the house for sale locaters on the internet and it came up to the front many times through out the day. So that was his big plus he marketed our house well on the internet. We had two open house and our house was not toured by the Realtors from other offices which we were disappointed about. If we called ,e-mailed, or texted him he got right back to us, but if we didn't call we didn't hear from him, unless he had some one coming to see the house. So for some people that would work well, we would have preferred him to call us more often. We also bought a house from him. We had a very short time from when we sold our house to when the new owners wanted to move in. So not a lot of time to find a house, not a big down payment, and the area we wanted to move to had less than desirable neighborhoods. So I went on the internet and found houses that I liked, he took us to see the ones that were in "nice" neighborhoods and we found the one we wanted in one weekend. Negotiations followed and we got the house for much less than it was offered. So he did his job well and we are very happy in our home.

Jeff has a great way about him that he can contact you or send you information that is meaningful and timely without pestering you. The more I talked with him the more I realized he was the best guy for my business. He knows the vail area very well. He knowledge of the house values was within just a few thousands fo the apraised value. He literally saved my thousands during the offer and counter process. Jeff did a great job of providing recommendations for the house inspector, provided the seller with actual quotations and contacts for the repairs needed to expedite the repair process of punch list items. Jeff was focused at assuring access as required for the apraiser and repair personnel. I would definately recommend Jeff to friends and Family if the opportunity presented it self.

He is very patient and understanding of clients' need. He is extremely knowledgeable and, on a more human note, delightfully personable, and I highly recommend him to anyone planning to buy or sell. Even after the closing, he came over and fixed the gas outlet so I can get my new gas stove installed. Last time I sold my house in Alexandria, VA with Shelly Porter, I lost confidence in real estate agents, but Jeff made me realize that I can trust some agent without worrying about his/her agenda.
