Jeff and Lisa went above and beyond. We provided a very specific list of specifications for our desired home and limited them to a very small geographic area. They were up to the challenge and found us the perfect house. They are very easy to work with, thourough, efficient and dependable. 5 stars in every way.

In my experience Jeff and Lisa Armbruster are seasoned agents, very familiar with prices and trends in our area. They were always responsive to my questions and concerns. Most of all I found them to be honest and ethical. Working with them was a pleasure and they have made my sale seamless.

We interviewed several realtors before selecting Jeff and Lisa. Jeff showed up a few days before our appointment with an impressive notebook of comps and market trends specifically tailored to our home and area. Nobody else came close to his level of preparation. After meeting with Jeff and Lisa we decided to go with them. Jeff pretty much took the lead as our main contact. My wife said it best.... Jeff always answered the phone with a smile on his face. In the weeks that we worked with Jeff, he was never down or discouraged. Always a glass-half-full kind of personality. He was helpful, patient, encouraging, easy to reach. He went above and beyond, and became a friend in the process. I would recommend Jeff and Lisa without hesitation.

Lisa and Jeff Armbruster went above and beyond for us. They located our ideal home and ensured a seamless journey to the finish line. Relocating from Chicago, their expertise in coordinating a remote closing and facilitating repairs by the seller was outstanding. They are my go-to recommendation. A fantastic duo. Many thanks once more! :)

Lisa and Jeff sold my parents house on the first day and got us a great price. I live in Texas so I had to rely on them to pick and manage all of the contractors that were needed for minor repairs. They selected very good contractors that were reasonable in their prices. Lisa and Jeff bring a ton of enthusiasm and energy to their work. I recommend them highly.

We had decided to re-locate from Calif. to Arizona to be closer to our daughter. We looked on Zillow and saw a house we were interested in looking at. We left a message and within an hour received a phone call back. I spoke to Lisa and she set up houses to look at the very next day. We chose a house that was a short sale, put in an offer, signed the paper work and then the wait began. Jeff and Lisa kept us informed with weekly updates and after 90 days the house was ours. We were even able to move into the house before closing thanks to their investigation as to what our options were. Jeff and Lisa are very professional and their communications skills are excellent. They know the industry and the Tucson area very well. They look out for your best interests at all times. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. Job well done Jeff! Thanks Phil and Nancy Brown

We worked with Jeff Armbruster on the marketing and subsequent sale of our home in Coyote Creek. Jeff was consistently available to us, taking phone calls, answering emails, and frequently meeting with us in person. He did a wonderful job marketing our house, hiring a professional photographer who took beautiful pictures, including daytime and nighttime photos, created colorful flyers, and utilized various marketing strategies in order to sell our house quickly and at a fair price. We were pleased with our experience with Jeff and would use his services again when we consider buying or selling a home in the future.

I had to sell my parents home after the death of my father. He made everything go smoothly. I will use him if I move into his area. I live in another town, so the ability to work over the computer for some of the paperwork was very helpful.
