It was a year ago when we started searching for houses with Michelle and we were very grateful we picked her as our realtor-the best in town! She responded right away with our inquiry and scheduled showing the day after. She is extremely detail oriented, very organized and helped us prioritize what needed to be done. We were not prequalified at that moment and she was very good on giving us information how to get everything started. She gave us list of lenders and personally called every local bank who can help us get prequalified. We did not qualify right away because we had a short sale with our previous home and we have to wait for 2 years to get a loan but even though we have those issues, Michelle remained patient with us and still showed us homes that we were interested. Shes very honest, trustworthy and realistic throughout the entire process. Her professionalism is exceptional and very thorough on getting every paperwork we need for every single house we looked at despite of the busy schedule she got. She went above and beyond and stayed positive on our endeavors. With her constant follow up and encouragement for us to try calling local banks to get us prequalified, eventually, we were granted for a loan without having to wait for 2years! Yay!!! About 2 months ago, we moved in to our new house, now we call a home! If it wasnt because of her thorough help and encouragement, we would have not achieved our dreams. We couldnt thank you enough, Michelle! You are an amazing realtor and we are very pleased to recommend you to anyone out there whos looking to buy or sell a home. Million thanks to you!
