I'm an out-of-state investor and called about Bridget Brennans listing at 4255 N 30th Dr, Phoenix, AZ 85017. The call was disappointing from start to finish. She came off rude, couldnt (or wouldnt) provide basic information about her own listing, and seemed completely uninterested in answering questions. I asked a simple question: what type of neighborhood is this? Her response was that she didnt knowaEUR"either she genuinely didnt know or she just didnt want to help. Since her listing mentions its close to GCU, I asked if students typically rent in that area or if the neighborhood sees a lot of student demand. Instead of giving a helpful answer, she replied in a rude, dismissive way along the lines of, aEURoeA lot of students go to GCU,aEUR? which doesnt address the question at all. I felt brushed off and ended the call with less information than I started with. I told her never mind because she didnt seem interested in discussing the property or answering basic questions. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this agentaEUR"especially if youre out of state and need clear details, professionalism, and basic communication.

There simply are not enough stars to rate Kristi's value to us as we searched for and bought our new forever home. We fortunately had a financial advisor that highly recommended her to us. We made multiple trips to AZ to research homes around the Phoenix suburbs and Kristi cleared her schedule to give us her undivided attention each time. She kept us informed of any homes that met our personal criteria via email and text throughout the entire time we searched. She was always patient and helpful, even with my husband's heart condition that made it time consuming for her and difficult at times to show us homes. It was totally because of her dedication and knowledge that we were able to find the prefect home for both of us. She communicated with our banker to help get us the very best plan for our budget and buy the house we wanted at a fair price. Her skills as a negotiator completed the buying process with the seller to get us everything we wanted and more!
