I've known Amy a long time and watched her over the years flourish as a realtor. I heard nothing but great things about her, and after all we went through working with another realtor in town, using Amy as our realtor was a breath of fresh air. She was not only professional and personable, but extremely compassionate over needs. Review I knew I wanted Amy Barnett for the sale of our property because of her selling process. She does her homework with other listings in the area, properties that can be used as a comp and those that for some reason cannot. She comes prepared and goes over every single page with the seller. She does professional Drone footage, professional photography and provides assistance and resources for cleaning, yardwork, plumbing, Windows, screens, anything that you could possibly need. Amy Barnett was recommended and we scheduled a meeting with her.We were very impressed with Amy and her knowledge of our area. Our house was located in a newer subdivision and there had been no resales by any of the original owners in our area. In determining what our listed price should be. Amy did a lot of research to establish what the price should be. The house sold for 98 percent of listed price. She was well organized and Amy's staff was also very efficient. Our house was on the multiple listing service for 5 1/2 days and then sold. We closed on our house in about 3 weeks.We highly recommend Amy Barnett and her staff.

Review I've had several unpleasant experiences with realtors which created in me an inherent distrust of the profession. I called the mortgage consultant with whom we purchased our first two homes. He recommended Amy Barnett. Of course I was skeptical and concerned because now we were selling our beloved home of fourteen years. It is very hard to describe how in a one hour meeting, I felt totally comfortable and in excellent hands with Amy. Amy's professionalism, knowledge, honesty, compassion and understanding is so rare. Amy was always available to address our concerns and answer any questions. If Amy did not answer her phone when I called, she would contact me within a couple of hours. Even after Amy sold our home, for top dollar in less than a month, she took care of any unfinished business for us - in this case we were waiting for payment of furniture which the buyers purchased out of escrow. If there were such a distinction as realtor of the century, Amy Barnett is a shoo in. Whether selling or buying, do yourself a favor and contact Amy.
