Mason did an excellent job. His knowledge of the area provided us with current numbers and information. We had many showings and he gave us feedback from each person that left comments so we could make any adjustments to the house to make it more appealing. We had a person who wanted a contingency clause in the contract and he walked us through the pros and cons of a contingency sale. He was always forthcoming with his thoughts on offers. He worked along side of us every step of the way! In the future, Mason will be our realtor of choice!

Mason Oxendale Review I had the pleasure of meeting Mason when I began my search for a real estate agent that is a Christian. Although it was his partner that came up, he assured me he is a believer as well, Amen to that! Deciding to go with him I found out that he is very reliable and always answered my calls or messages in a prompt and professional manner. He performed his due diligence, and we came up with a price that worked out very well. It came in right on point. Even though the house went on the market two weeks before Christmas it ended up being sold before the end of February during a time the market was going through some major changes in 2022. The use of being notified of a potential buyer and viewing electronically was very convenient and a blessing. Along with the professional pictures and 3D photography was an added bonus. I highly recommend Mason as a competent and efficient agent and would hire him again if the occasion ever occurs. Thank you Mason for all your assistance and may God bless you.
