ZillowVERIFIED Mason did an excellent job. His knowledge of the area provided us with current numbers and information. We had many showings and he gave us feedback from each person that left comments so we could make any adjustments to the house to make it more appealing. We had a person who wanted a contingency clause in the contract and he walked us through the pros and cons of a contingency sale. He was always forthcoming with his thoughts on offers. He worked along side of us every step of the way! In the future, Mason will be our realtor of choice!

ZillowVERIFIED Mason Oxendale Review I had the pleasure of meeting Mason when I began my search for a real estate agent that is a Christian. Although it was his partner that came up, he assured me he is a believer as well, Amen to that! Deciding to go with him I found out that he is very reliable and always answered my calls or messages in a prompt and professional manner. He performed his due diligence, and we came up with a price that worked out very well. It came in right on point. Even though the house went on the market two weeks before Christmas it ended up being sold before the end of February during a time the market was going through some major changes in 2022. The use of being notified of a potential buyer and viewing electronically was very convenient and a blessing. Along with the professional pictures and 3D photography was an added bonus. I highly recommend Mason as a competent and efficient agent and would hire him again if the occasion ever occurs. Thank you Mason for all your assistance and may God bless you.

ZillowVERIFIED Mason was absolutely incredible. He walked with us for almost 2 years in helping us find a home that was the perfect fir for us. He was always communicative and worked hard for us at the negotiating table. Because he is a native to Arizona, he knew exactly what neighborhoods and areas that would be great for our family. If you are looking for a real estate agent in the Phoenix area, I highly recommend Mason. His expertise of the real estate business helped my family feel comfortable and educated on the home buying process. Mason has a heart of teacher and know his stuff.

ZillowVERIFIED Mason jumped in to help us find a house on short notice and delivered excellent service and expertise every step of the way. He also has quite a few contacts for different things around the house (contractors, cleaners, landscapers, etc). I would highly recommend working with him if you are in need of a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Mason is an amazing person, and a phenomenal realtor. He not only helps you find the home that?s perfect for you, he makes it so painless that it feels like the whole thing falls into place like it was always meant to be. Mason has helped me find my perfect home, and continued to be my go-to guy when my father passed and I needed to sell another home suddenly. Mason?s compassion and resourcefulness make him the only realtor I have been passionate about referring people to.

ZillowVERIFIED Mason was friendly, answered all of our many questions, and negotiated well on our behalf to get us the home we wanted! We had strong confidence in his industry knowledge to leave most of the details of buying our home up to him. This is the second home we purchased with him, and should we need to buy again, we know who we can turn to!

ZillowVERIFIED I was looking at moving to Arizona and doing my searches online without much luck. Mason reached out to me and told me to let him know what I was looking for. He was great at communicating and explained everything clearly. He handled everything for us since we were from out of state. Couldnt be happier.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot fully express how great of a realtor Mason Oxendale is. We were searching for a new home from 3 hours away and Mason totally went out of his way many times to accomodate and save us time. He actually listened to us (rare in this day and age!) and understood what we did and didnt want. During the times that we were discouraged (because of the hot market), Mason never gave up or left us hanging. Mason is your guy if you are looking to buy or sell!!
