We fortunately had a financial advisor that highly recommended her to us. We made multiple trips to AZ to research homes around the Phoenix suburbs and Kristi cleared her schedule to give us her undivided attention each time. She kept us informed of any homes that met our personal criteria via email and text throughout the entire time we searched. She was always patient and helpful, even with my husband's heart condition that made it time consuming for her and difficult at times to show us homes. It was totally because of her dedication and knowledge that we were able to find the prefect home for both of us. She communicated with our banker to help get us the very best plan for our budget and buy the house we wanted at a fair price. Her skills as a negotiator completed the buying process with the seller to get us everything we wanted and more! She helped me narrow my search down with listings before we went out and was so helpful while we searched for houses during our quick visit to AZ. Since we have done everything remotely, Kristi has been happy to get quotes for me, meet delivery people at our new house, and set up services for us since we cant be in our new home right away. ZillowVERIFIED She is probably a better buyers agent than sellers. We needed to sell quickly and there was no negotiating with the buyers agent. It felt like more of a take it attitude from Kristi and annoyance when we did question a part of the deal so we just decided to let the process play out and be done with it. Also once the house went on the market we never saw her again. We never felt like a priority or that she cared and at times felt like we were being talked down to. Not a great experience but glad to be moved on.

We were impressed that she started with builders and then went into real estate. We figured she literally worked on homes from square one to selling them. We knew the city we wanted to be in and thought we knew the area of the city but when she started showing us she felt we would be happier in a different part of the city and pointed out good and bad features - senior community - close to busy street.
