What can we say about Lucas? He is an excellent agent! Throughout the whole process of buying and selling our home he was there for us, explaining everything clearly and making the whole process so much easier. From the day we decided to put in an offer on our new home and list our own, he had ours under contract in 4 days! He gives you a realistic expectation for what your home will sell for if you want to sell it not let it sit on the market for months. He also uses social media and markets your home aggressively so your home is visible to a much larger population than if he just used conventional listing methods. We have now been in our new home for 3 weeks and he is still here supporting us with any questions we may have. He is honest, friendly, a very savvy agent, and just a real stand-up guy. We would and do recommend him to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell!

Pointed out issues we never considered. Always looking at all the details, even the smallest thing I'd never consider. You always had our best interest in mind. I'm glad we trusted you. I'm positive the first house we liked and thought we'd love would be a nightmare compared to the one we purchased. I will for sure be reccomending you! Your personality worked great for us too. Not pushy at all. Helped us with negotions amazingly. We had difficult moments and he always took care of them. I don't think we would have been happy with another realtor as we were with Lucas. I'm not the easiest person to deal eith, especially pregnant and sick...lol. But there was NEVER an upsetting moment. Lots of house hunting and laughs and I am SUPER picky. Sure I was not the greatest client,but no complaints! Even had no problem getting another showing for my husband to see as we house hunted without him. Even was able to get a second showing on our home we bought in the evening for our family to see before closing. Thank you so much for everything Lucas!
