I would like to take this opportunity to write about the experience I had with Zach Arrington of One Real Title. He was my real estate agent during the recent sale of my condo. I can imagine it is difficult to be quite knowledgeable in real estate but have to hold back on decision making, especially when yours is an educated decision. When the process required price negotiation and patience, he would let me keep the amount I wanted, but at the same time, he would keep me aware of the local market. Zach always left the final decision up to me. Next, professionalism. Again, always at the top. I worked in the corporate world for over 30 years and saw good and bad examples of corporate leaders. Zach always maintained the utmost professionalism and integrity. His genuine care and support for me and my property was always in the forefront. Dave was amazing. He knew I had a very tight timeline to buy and was able to get me into places the next day. He was able to get me a great deal on a place and get a contract signed before an open house as I didnt want to get into a bidding war. He also pointed out a lot of flaws during the initial showing including altering me one place needed a new roof. He also guided me through the process as a first time home buyer including recommending home inspector and lawyer. I will definitely use Dave again if I am ever looking to buy or sell in the area again

Steve is such a jewel--he's especially knowledgeable about the technical sides of a building, and always went through every nook and cranny with us when we looked at a property together. He's also very responsive and never late, even one step ahead of his clients to get things done. Thanks Steve for helping us buy our first home!
