Our family worked with Alex twice (buying our condo four years ago, then selling it this year to be near family) and with Patti once (during the sale). We recommend them to everyone we know, not just because they're great realtors (they are) but also because they're great human beings. As first-time homeowners, the process of buying a condo initially seemed daunting, but once we started working with Alex the whole process became clear. Alex is kind, empathic, and endlessly knowledgeable (she notices EVERYTHING and has fantastic ideas/recommendations). She walked us through each step and always had our best interests at heart. At one point, we had an accepted offer on a condo and the owners tried to walk back something they'd agreed to. The written analysis and a face to face meeting at the house helped me decide to sell. She then organized her team for a series of showings in the fall of 2014 targeted at renovators, who were the most likely buyers at the price I was seeking. We signed a purchase and sale in January 2015 at the price her original market survey had predicted. Had we not signed a P&S in January, she had already developed a plan to make cosmetic improvements to the property and relist it in the spring of 2015, when the market revived after winter.
