I would like to take this opportunity to write about the experience I had with Zach Arrington of One Real Title. He was my real estate agent during the recent sale of my condo. There were so many areas where Zach exceeded expectations. Zach was never overbearing. I can imagine it is difficult to be quite knowledgeable in real estate but have to hold back on decision making, especially when yours is an educated decision. When the process required price negotiation and patience, he would let me keep the amount I wanted, but at the same time, he would keep me aware of the local market. Zach always left the final decision up to me. Next, professionalism. Again, always at the top. I worked in the corporate world for over 30 years and saw good and bad examples of corporate leaders. Zach always maintained the utmost professionalism and integrity. His genuine care and support for me and my property was always in the forefront. I would overwhelmingly, highly recommend Zach Arrington to anyone wanting an honest, open line of communication and knowledgeable path while trying to sell your property. You rock Zach!

As first time home buyers, Zach did an amazing job helping my wife and I buy our first home in SoCal. We spent the first 3 months scouring Zillow on our own and luckily got connected with Zach on one of the tours requested. We lived in NorCal and Zach made the entire process very easy for us. I had planned on working with a realtor recommended by a friend. But Zillow matched us with Zach and he immediately won us over. He was amazing from start to finish. Zach was everything one could want in a realtor and more. He was always available, anticipated every issue, and took responsibility for things that we never expected a realtor to manage. He patiently attended showing after showing, never pressuring us. Once we fell in love with a house, he went into overdrive, staying in constant contact with the sellers agent, spending hours at the open house to gauge the competition, and ensuring that our bid was accepted. He didnt stop there. Zach interviewed contractors with us. We havent even met anyone from the fumigation company because he handled it all. And when our lender dropped the ball and delayed closing, Zach stayed on him and made sure we were only a few days late. We are so grateful for Zach and will absolutely work with him on any future real estate dealings. He is the absolute best!
