I had a pretty bad experience with a realtor when I bought my home, and I was nervous about selecting one when it came time to sell my home. I did extensive research, interviewed three realtors, and checked references, and it was clear that Pauline Knipe had the greatest understanding of the Vienna market. Every recommendation she made about my house was spot on. She brought in her fantastic stager to help spruce things up, zeroed in on the perfect weekend to put my house on the market, held me price my house perfectly, and after two open houses and multiple additional showings that weekend, I had five offers on my house. She patiently walked me through each of the offers and helped me understand which ones were truly the top contenders. The eventual buyers tried to play hardball with negotiations, but Pauline stood her ground and I ended up selling at their original offer price, which was well above asking price. I am so grateful to Pauline - had I not moved out of the area, I would surely have selected her to help me buy a new home as well!
