I love working with the Fraser Team! I have now sold a house and bought a house with them and I won't use anyone else! Their communication is excellent, and their guidance and recommendations are so, so helpful. My experiences with them are always 5 stars. Kirstin was amazing. You will be happy you chose them!

As first time home buyers, Kirstin was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all of our questions. We felt confident having her guide us through the search and ended up finding our dream home in less than two months! In the closing process, Kirstin took so much stress off of us by ironing out the details and communicating our thoughts/questions to relevant stakeholders. I would highly recommend her to any home buyers and especially first time home owners if you want a knowledgeable, confident, and non-judgmental real estate professional!

We enjoyed our experience working with Kirstin and would recommend her to anyone else navigating the homebuying process for the first time. She was responsive, honest, and helpful

Kirstin was very receptive to what I was looking for in a home. When I asked about certain properties she would look into them and let me know what the details were. She really looked out for me and as a first time home buyer I couldn't ask for anything better. She is great.

Working with Kirstin was great! She's very knowledgeable about the homes in the area and easy worked around my crazy schedule & commute. I'd be happy to work with her and her team again!
