My wife and I give Casey full marks! She has been a great realtor to work with and helped us recently buy our amazing new home.My wife and I started working with Casey about two years ago when we were considering a local move. Casey showed us a number of homes and did an excellent job of scheduling viewings right away. She was clearly very knowledgeable about the Pittsburgh area and the current housing market, and more than that, she really seemed to enjoy what she did which created a positive house-hunting experience. Casey clearly wanted us to find the right home, so when we couldn't find what we were looking for a couple years ago, she didn't pressure us to keep looking but instead simply kept us informed of new listings based on a variety of parameters that we set. This worked out VERY well! Just recently, a home popped up that interested us and Casey worked very quickly to show us the home and ultimately get an offer in. Thanks to her negotiating abilities we got the home and are happily moved in!Casey was with us every step of the way offering advice and guidance which helped us navigate the home buying process. My wife and I are pretty sure Casey never sleeps as she was always available to help and answer any questions we had! She even made time for my in-laws to see the house while they were in town the week before closing. Just an example of something she didn't have to do but without hesitation was more than happy to go "over-and-above" to help make our experience a great one.Overall, we had a great experience working with Casey and we highly recommend her. She's very experienced, a great negotiator, loves what she does, and best of all she really listens to you, the client, and wants to get you the best home possible.
