Unfortunately, I have to work nights and holidays occasionally -- this is not an issue when working with Kirstin. She will pickup her phone during evening hours and holidays. She worked with our tricky schedules and made sure all of our inquiries were addressed in a timely fashion. In addition to her dedication to her clients, Kirstin was very knowledgeable about the area of Pittsburgh. She helped us narrow down to an area in the city and assisted with the nuances of the buying process such as inspection, title, etc.. She jam packed our schedules from day one, taking us to SO MANY different properties, talking us through all the neighborhood specifics, and advising us on what to expect for homes in the area. She was really honest about any concerns she had and helped us learn what to look out for (i.e., signs of water damage). From the very start of our search she inspired nothing but confidence and helped guide us in our first home buying experience. She is very knowledgeable on everything including neighborhoods, home values, the current market, and has a keen eye for potential in homes that need some TLC and constantly offered guidance on what did or did not constitute worrisome repair issues. Once we got to the negotiation process we once again had full confidence in Kirstin and she was willing to fight for what we wanted and go after any request we made once the offer was accepted. She was very flexible with when she could meet to look at houses and even showed us 3 different houses on a weeknight after 6 pm. She was very good at giving honest and constructive advice during each house visit. Her negotiation skills were on point! The seller of our new house was lowballing us on a credit for some small fixes around the house and she came through beautifully and got us a lot more money than we expected.
