ZillowVERIFIEDNo appropriate word is found in the English language to say how wonderful Sarah is. She was extremely helpful as I am out of town and unfamiliar with the area. Sarah recommended improvements that brought top dollar for the house.
ZillowVERIFIEDI was looking for realtors in my area to sell my house and after meeting with a few different people, I went with Sarah and NextHome because she made me feel comfortable and confident that I could get my house sold. Sarah saw the value in my house and immediately noticed all the extras in the house that would make for a great sell. Choosing Sarah did not disappoint! We agreed on a sale price and a listing date. Sarah walked me through the entire process, came to my house several times and coached me through how we could set the house for amazing pictures. Sarah staged the house and the pictures came out amazingly! Almost made me not want to sell!Sarah strategically listed my house on a Friday and by that night she probably had 50 confirmed showing appointments for the weekend!! After a full weekend of about 80 showings, Sarah went through all the offers with me and we thoroughly discussed the pros and cons of the top 3 and accepted an offer. Sarah walked me through the entire closing process.I would highly recommend Sarah! She was very knowledgable and it was easy to communicate with her whether it was through email, call, or text. If I had a question she didnt know the answer to, she connected me with someone who could help.Thank you Sarah and I hope to reach out to you and your network when I make my next purchase! Lastly, thank you for also shoveling all the snow that accumulated during the showings!!!
