We truly appreciated the team's full-service approach. Their help included securing a storage unit, setting up companies to do repairs and renovations, and recommending mortgage, cleaning, and other companies to assist with our home buying process. We also appreciated Jen's honesty during showings. She never tried to push us to buy something, and she is fun! We also followed Reed's suggestions for selling our current home, and we received multiple offers the first weekend we listed.

Review Reed and Leslie did a fantastic job selling our home. The inclusion of staging and short-term storage to de-clutter our home and make it really show well was a huge plus! Additionally he was very detail-oriented, we didn't need to go over the same things multiple times. He kept the buyer and buyer's agent on task as well, and we seldom had to follow up to make sure things were getting done and we were staying on schedule. Reed also helped us with being familiar with services in the area to help with minor repairs after inspection, and locate moving help in a pinch when a moving company cancelled on us the day before closing! As we were sitting at closing, my wife and I were baffled that other realtors can hold the same title and make the same amount on the sale of your home when they don't work nearly as hard as Reed and his team. I don't think you could find a more dedicated, friendly, and knowledgeable realtor and would recommend Reed and his team without reservation.

Review We had a great experience with Reed and his team when we bought our house in 2015, so it was a no brainer to use them again when we sold it in 2021. I cant say enough good things about the experience; he is incredibly responsive and he gave us excellent advice about how to get the house ready for sale. We ended up getting a few offers and he walked us through them all so we understood them, and we wound up getting an incredible deal on our house. We are thrilled and can still hardly believe it. Reed and his team, particularly Jen and Leslie, were so helpful getting us to closing. We moved out of state, so our only regret is that we cant use Reed and his team for our next home sale and purchase!

Review I have used Reed on (4) properties in less than two years. There were (2) personal and (2) investment. His knowledge of real estate in general as well as the area is very deep. He never speaks down or as though he knows more than you. I felt like we were partners on the journey to sell. He will lead you and give you his opinion, but does not push you to accept anything. Leslie on his team is very helpful in prepping and keeping in contact when Reed may have other obligations. I will be using him to sell other investment properties in the future when we think the time is right. I gave him/the team 5 stars, but would give an extra if possible. Thank you Reed.

Once things were in order and agents brought customers to the house, it took two days for an offer to come in and was accepted. The team continued to work with the buyer and were persistent until a closing was finalized. The buyer continued to make requests right to the end and these were addressed by the team. Well Done!
