We were very impressed with the Lichman Group beginning with the very first phone call. Kari was very enthusiastic about her job, and she was excited to help us find our first home. Although the lending process could have been better, Kari was more than helpful and went the extra mile to make sure that the process was a good one for us. Not only was she very knowledgeable, but she was also very understanding with our family as we have a one year old baby that we had to continuously try and schedule around. Our process involved my father-in-law who lives in Oregon, and even with his disabilities, Kari was very helpful in making the purchase quick and easy for two disabled veterans. Kari answered every frequent call that we made, and was very quick to respond to e-mails as well. We cannot speak highly enough about the Lichman Group, and we refer them to anyone and everyone I come across. Very pleased!
