ZillowVERIFIED We had the absolute best experience listing our house with the Lichmans. I've never seen realtors so involved in the selling process as them. We decided to remodel our home before listing it. Kari and Jason came by to walk through the home and made suggestions around the most popular color schemes, materials, etc. They also brought an interior designer in to help us pick out paint colors, flooring, and fixtures. Once the remodel was finished, they then sent in a stager to help decorate the home before taking photos and listing the property. Once the home was listed, they kept in contact with us regularly to provide updates and feedback from showings and searches on our home as well as comps around the area as they popped up. We felt very informed throughout the whole process and put all of our trust in them. They didn't disappoint! We sold our home at a great price and even worked out a lease back deal so that we could move straight into our new construction home on time. They are the best! ZillowVERIFIED About a year and a half ago, Jason and Kari helped us sell our Cedar Park townhouse and buy a new single-story home in Leander. Both of them are very knowledgeable about the local market. Jason did a great job selling our home in less than 2 days for the price we wanted, and Kari was a dream when it came to listening to what we were looking for in our new home. We opted for a new construction home in Bryson and Kari was there every step of the way, even joining us for selection meetings with the builder. She took great notes and prompted us to ask the builder for details when we were overwhelmed. The process with the builder had a few hiccups - first, they sold us a lot that wasn't actually available, so we had to go back and re-select a lot and house finishing. This was a huge pain, but Kari helped us negotiate a favorable outcome. Lastly, on the day of closing, we found out that someone broke into the new home and stripped the kitchen appliances. We had just completed the closing paperwork in the morning; Kari was quick to jump in - she contacted our closer and stopped the closing. Everything worked out in the end, but I cannot imagine the issues we may have had if it were not for her guidance and engagement throughout the process. I really cannot say enough about how amazing she was in the situation! I highly recommend both Kari and Jason for your local real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED We discovered the Lichman Group when a nearby neighbor's house sold after just forty-eight hours on the market. We asked him who his agent was and he gave us the contact information for the Lichman Group. When we put our own house on the market just a few months later, Jason Lichman was the only agent we interviewed. He was the perfect fit for our situation. He knew the neighborhood well, made himself familiar with the particulars of our situation, demonstrated immense patience with first-time sellers' nerves, humored our two-year-old, found us reliable contractors to complete updates on our house, went out of his way to make sure the updates were done in time for inspection, kept us on task and on schedule, advised us well--but impartially--about how to handle the multiple offers on our house, and treated us with utmost respect and kindness. (And on a side note, he found us reliable contractors and other professionals to help us with two other houses we owned and needed to lease and/or sell located out-of-state! That was above and beyond what we hired him to do.) When we moved away, we felt like we were leaving a friend behind. Our house sold in approximately forty-eight hours and that was because Jason marketed it so professionally and advised us to choose a price that was reasonable for the time and place. It must be difficult to talk to sellers about a realistic price for their house, but he did it well and it worked!A few months after we sold our house, we had to sell my dad's house in another state to settle his estate. The agent we worked with there was fine, but was not Jason Lichman. And we truly missed his professionalism and his honest, practical advice.

She is professional, loyal and a very good real estate agent.Long version - I'm sitting in my new house (that Kari helped me find) writing this review. A little background about my situation; I was new to the Austin area and coming from out of state; I was a first time home buyer; I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for, but was unsure on a few of the details. As I mentioned, Id never been to Austin before, but Id heard many good things from many people I trust. I arranged to be in town for a week to look at the area along with properties, and this is where Kari came in. Not only did she clear her mornings (from 10am-2pm) for the entire week, but she also chauffeured me around. This allowed me to see the area while she tour guided me from property to property - and she showed me a lot of properties (5+ homes per day). As we looked through all the properties, Kari expertly helped hone my expectations into exactly what I was looking for. Kari contributed a great amount of insight into features that would help resell the house (should I choose to in the future). In the end, I had a list of top three choices and I made my offer. Like most home purchases, there were issues (which I wont get into). But throughout the entire process, I always felt that; Kari was 100% on my side; and she was trying to get me into the house, not because she wanted to make a sale, but because it was the house I wanted. Kari was a consummate professional; she often went above and beyond and is, in general, a good, honest individual. Even after the house closed, Kari still remains a lifeline for me on general aEURoestarting a householdaEUR? things. I could continue on with glowing praise, but Ill end it here. ZillowVERIFIED Months ago when I had decided to place my house on the market I had interviewed three prospective Realtors from three different well known real-estate companies from the local area. Upon meeting the different Realtors, I had decided to go with Jason Lichman with the Lichman Group (Remax Capitol City), because of his willingness to help me achieve as much money as possible for the sale of my house. Even though the asking price was very high, Jason remained very positive, and I never heard him say "No", or "that's impossible". Throughout the entire selling process Jason proved to me multiple times that he had my back, and acted more as a friend than a hired Realtor. Many times Jason went far above his job description by always making sure the lights were turned off in my home after showings, and when the cold weather arrived placed his own exterior faucet covers on mine so my pipes would not freeze.
