We can?t say enough about what Sarah did for us during our home buying process. We were relocating from Massachusetts to Colorado due to career advancement. We left behind a home of 20 years so we obviously had established a specific living lifestyle. Having never been to Colorado we not only had to find a home we had to find an area that best suited that lifestyle, our wants and needs. Sarah was very patient, she took the time to get to know us in order to help establish an area that would be a good fit. It?s been almost a year now and in that time after getting familiar with Colorado and the surrounding areas we could not be happier with our choice. Sarah steered us in the right direction without ever pushing or forcing us into a decision. She spent a lot of time with us and although she had other clients she was working with she always gave us her complete attention and advice when needed. Once our decision was made she took us through the whole process step by step and made sure we understood every procedure. After the transaction was complete she still followed up with us and made sure we knew that she would still be there for us if we had any questions or concerns. We feel lucky that we used Sarah as our realtor, with her knowledge of the area and the real-estate market along with her patience and personality she helped us find the right home. Without hesitation Sarah would be our first call if or when we are in need of future real-estate transactions.
