ZillowVERIFIEDI would highly recommend working with Sarah if youre looking to buy a home! She was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the process to me, putting me at ease as a first time homebuyer. Due to a sudden change in my living situation I needed to find a home on a short timeline. Sarah was more than accommodating, spending several days touring multiple homes with me until I found the right one. She was very knowledgeable about the closing process, helping me place an offer which was quickly accepted while still being well within my budget in a very competitive housing market. She was always available to answer questions or calm my nerves when I was stressed about things. I'm absolutely in love with my new home and cant thank Sarah enough for her assistance in helping me purchase it.

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah was such an amazing realtor! We were being kind of picky with what we wanted and she found us exactly what we were looking for! It took a while but she stuck with us and never made us feel like a burden or like we were asking too much. She is very responsive and informative. Every time we met for a showing was like seeing an old friend. She even pushed us to go see the house we ended up buying when we originally said no! Thanks for taking the time with us Sarah! We will 1000000% work with her in the future when we are ready to look again.

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah is a hardworking professional. We were introduced through a friend who knew that Sarah had an off market prospect that we might be interested in. While we ultimately went with a different property, Sarah was there every step of the way advocating for us. She was very responsive throughout the entire process. If you are looking for a down to earth, knowledgable real estate professional - look no further than Sarah Jones.

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah made purchasing my first home less overwhelming of a process. She was quick to answer any questions I had, (which was a lot!) and if she didn't know the answer she would find it. She suggested a lender that she personally works with, and was able to get a much higher pre approval than my original lender. Her inspector recommendation was fantastic as well. All around great experience working with Sarah! Thank you Sarah!

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah was very professional but very personable, kind and understanding. We were selling our family home which was very emotional. We lost our Mom last August and then had to put Dad in a home. Sarah was just so kind and helped us find a family that will start to share memories in our house like we had. Sarah was always there when needed. Was there to answer all questions. Anytime I needed her, she was just a call or text away. She was there for the closing and has helped me in other matters after. I really loved working with Sarah and recommend her highly. Selling or buying she is the one to be there for you in all aspects of your transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah was a willing and effective agent for me. Unfortunately, I changed my mind at the last moment and decided to not purchase the property in the location that she was working in and assisting me with. But she is a highly qualified individual and I would absolutely use her again should I decide to move to the area.

ZillowVERIFIED I found Sarah on Zillow as I needed a realtor to help me sell some property and this would be a long-distance sale. She respectfully initiated the process even though my asking price was too high. She kept me informed timely, she provided all documents via email and dotloop. All very convenient and easy. She assisted me with negotiations with prospective buyers. I highly recommend her as a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I met Sarah because she was the listing agent for a property we went to see and we immediately felt comfortable with her. We loved working with her because she knows the northern Michigan area well, she is very responsive and communicative, and she also let us take our time with finding the property that met all our criteria. She understood our vision and with her help, we ended up purchasing our dream property!

ZillowVERIFIED Hands down would recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a realtor in the area and nearby surrounding areas! When we first started looking for homes we ran into a few pushy, non responsive, even demanding realtors. After asking around for a good recommendation, Sarahs name came up a number of times. She was extremely responsive without being pushy. She was very knowledgeable of the area and would research answers to any questions she didnt immediately know. She found us a number of potential homes that were right in line with our preferences. On top of everything she was very personable and honestly a joy to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I recently relocated to the Denver Metro area and could not have found a better realtor. From the very start Sarah relieved any concerns we had about an out of state relocation. Her consistent communication, Colorado knowledge and realtor experience made our home buying experience a pleasure. Sarah was extremely flexible with us and adapted to our scheduling requirements given that we flew in to look at homes. Her patience and desire to make sure we were in the home that we truly wanted provided a level of comfort in a often stressful process and allowed us to find the perfect home. On top of a wonderful home search and purchase experience, Sarah offers her clients an incredible closing gift based on the purchase price of the home. This gift covered the cost of multiple appliances we had to purchase and allowed us to start furnishing other parts of the home earlier than expected! Overall my wife and I could not be happier with our experience purchasing a home with Sarah. We truly hit the realtor jackpot by finding her!

ZillowVERIFIED I recently had moved to Colorado and was in need of a house I looked on Zillow and found Sarah Jones. She contacted me within 10 minutes of clicking on her link. I felt very comfortable and confident with her knowledge. This wasn?t my first homebuying experience and I knew by the things she told me that this wasn?t her first time selling houses. Sarah listen to my needs . She found houses that would fit my budget and location. The housing market was quite competitive, houses were snapped up in a day but Sarah was on it We would spend hours out looking at houses. When new listing came up that fit my needs She?d called me in the morning and we?d meet in the afternoon. Sarah is a very pleasant, personable, funny, knowledgeable woman. When I was getting very discouraged Sarah reassured me to just hang in there . I did and she found me the perfect house. When I am in need of a realtor Sarah Jones will be my first and hopefully only option

ZillowVERIFIED Excellent experience buying and then selling 3 years later. We had to move for my job, we found this out over the holiday season so everything was a bit hectic, but Sarah came in, gave us a short list of items to address, had a packet together already on the 1st meeting with the market analysis all put together so we could decided what to list the house for, made the entire process easy so we could enjoy the holiday with our family, helped with information on different services like a tree service and cleaning service so I didnt have to search around, and at the end of the day she was able to schedule everything so we could get the final pictures taken for listing after the holidays and not start showing until we had already packed up and moved out. Once we were gone out of state she took care of everything for us, including making sure we were kept in the loop the entire time, and getting all the e-documents to us to sign. The house sold in less then a week for a good amount more then asking price. Very happy with the entire experience, I would highly recommend using Sarah to buy or sell your house!

ZillowVERIFIED To anyone reading this make the time to talk with Sarah. Over the last 2 years Sarah has become as much a friend as a Realtor in my purchases of real estate. She is fantastic at both creating/presenting the offer as well as navigating all the possible issues that come up along the way to keep the transaction alive. Said differently shes both genuinely personable and extremely knowledgeable making it easy to give a HIGH recommendation. Ryan M.

ZillowVERIFIED We can?t say enough about what Sarah did for us during our home buying process. We were relocating from Massachusetts to Colorado due to career advancement. We left behind a home of 20 years so we obviously had established a specific living lifestyle. Having never been to Colorado we not only had to find a home we had to find an area that best suited that lifestyle, our wants and needs. Sarah was very patient, she took the time to get to know us in order to help establish an area that would be a good fit. It?s been almost a year now and in that time after getting familiar with Colorado and the surrounding areas we could not be happier with our choice. Sarah steered us in the right direction without ever pushing or forcing us into a decision. She spent a lot of time with us and although she had other clients she was working with she always gave us her complete attention and advice when needed. Once our decision was made she took us through the whole process step by step and made sure we understood every procedure. After the transaction was complete she still followed up with us and made sure we knew that she would still be there for us if we had any questions or concerns. We feel lucky that we used Sarah as our realtor, with her knowledge of the area and the real-estate market along with her patience and personality she helped us find the right home. Without hesitation Sarah would be our first call if or when we are in need of future real-estate transactions.

She was very informative and helpful throughout the entire home buying process. She was able to explain anything we didnt understand and also offered suggestions when needed.
