This was the fifth real estate transaction with Caleb as our realtor. He listens to what you want, but also provides reasonable recommendations to help with the appraisal and selling process. He is extremely responsive and also has many contacts either contractors to help get the property up to snuff. He used his drone to take aerial views of the house. We had several showings within the first few days of the listing and an offer at the listing price within 3 days.
