ZillowVERIFIEDI highly recommend using Kraig Marquis for your real estate needs. Whether buying or selling, Kraig's level of service is off the charts! We were on a timetable of sorts to make our move out of Wilmington, and we needed a listing agent that would get us a contract on our home quickly, but at a price in step with the market. Kraig knocked it out of the park for us! Our home went live on a Thursday, and by Saturday we had multiple offers in hand. He guided us through all the pros and cons of each offer, and we had the perfect buyers under contract by Sunday morning. He communicated with us well and kept us informed, and looked out for our best interests every step of the way, all the way to closing day. No one knows the Wilmington area like Kraig, and we'd refer him to anyone that needs a good real estate agent. Brad & Christie Paschke

ZillowVERIFIED Best realtor weve used! We are so grateful for his willingness to roll his sleeves up and get our property ready since we live out of state. Wish we had Kraig in other cities. He sets the bar high and crushes it!

ZillowVERIFIED I met Kraig Marquis from the Keller Williams Realty in Wilmington north Carolina at an open house. Although I was not interested in the house I talked to Kraig about my wants and needs he then kept me up-to-date on every property that came on the market. While he was on vacation I found a property he sent his assistant to view the property with me. I agreed to purchase the property and every day until the completion of the contract Kraig was in contact with me from his vacation. His attention to detail was amazing he was able to walk me through the DocuSign, and all the other paperwork required. He is very conscientious, Knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile.I highly recommend Kraig and if a situation should arise that I need to sell the property or buy another he would definitely be my only choice.

ZillowVERIFIED Kraig helped me find and buy a house back in 2019 and it was such a pleasure to work with him, that he was my natural and only choice to assist me when I decided to do it again in 2022. Both times I have been out of state and he worked with me remotely. He made time to "Video" walk me through all of the various houses that I thought might be of interest to me and would offer me his professional guidance throughout the entire process from identifying the properties that met my criteria to the video calls that I mentioned, all the way through closing, not to mention the follow-up calls to make sure I was in the loop and current. If my next purchase is anything like the first two, I can't wait to do it again someday. Thanks for your professional approach and all your help Kraig.

ZillowVERIFIED It's great to have someone that treats you as a friend but respects you as if you're their only client. Kraig worked patiently with me and was so much more than someone to connect me to properties. He's a pro and respected in the city of Wilmington. He educated me, informed me of the market, showed me different aspects of real estate, all-around great advice, and honestly it was a pretty fun experience. I really can't say enough good things about this process and will continue to utilize Kraig for anything real estate. I would highly suggest connecting with him if you are at all even curious about buy, selling or investing in real estate.

ZillowVERIFIED This was my first home-buying experience and Kraig made everything transparent and simplistic. He was in constant contact every step of the way, and provided unbiased support and advice when going through the entire process. I ended up losing the bid originally; only to have the house come back on the market a month later, and Kraig called me before I could even find it back online. We worked out a plan and I ended up with that house. He greatly exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond on my requests getting me more back than I had anticipated. When going through one of life's largest milestones, don't waste your time going anywhere else!

ZillowVERIFIED When I started my home buying journey with Kraig, it was a bit of a tough market. It was very much so a seller's market. I lost out on some really great homes. Kraig was always vigilant for new homes to show me, patient as I picked them all a part, and flexible. I could always reach out to him and get an immediate response. If he couldn't talk at that moment, he would let me know, which I greatly appreciated. Kraig was very thorough and always put in all the work and then some in my interest. He has gained a life long client, who cannot recommend him enough. He is a pleasure to work with!

ZillowVERIFIED Within a 10 week window we sold our house, sold a lot, and bought a new house. Kraig Marquis handled all three properties, and we could not be happier with how it all turned out. He kept in frequent contact, was available to answer any questions or concerns we had, and informed us of any updates on all properties as they happened - which is easier said than done when you are coordinating transactions on three separate properties simultaneously. We received multiple offers on our house 36 hours after listing, including one over asking price. Our lot was sold within weeks at right under asking price. On our new home purchase Kraig was able to negotiate a higher credit than originally offered.Kraig was very familiar with the area, was very responsive answering questions and preparing documents, and went to work when it came to negotiating on our behalf. I would fully recommend Kraig for your future real estate needs.
