The process could have been very stressful, especially in this current market, but Caleb made everything move so smoothly! He answered all of our questions and explained everything in a way we could easily understand. Caleb made it a priority to get to know us so he could figure out what exactly we were looking for. We were only in the Wilmington area for a short period of time and he made sure we could see all the houses we wanted. He was even able to get us in to see a house that wasnt even technically on the market yet, since we were so in love with it. And when we got to closing, he was even able to find a way to include our dog in the closing process!
