Keller Williams Real Estate

Cynthia is a kind, responsive, and effective agent who helped us find our dream house in a very challenging market. Anyone who knows Cynthia will tell you she doesnt just want you to find a house, she wants you to find a home. She has the patience to work with you to find your dream home, balanced with the responsiveness to make that happen. Cynthia skillfully helped us navigate and come on top in a multi offer scenario. On top of all of that, shes just a good trustworthy person with a wonderful sense of humor, and will always be a part of our family.

Our experience with Natalie was nothing short of easy, educational, and genuinely pleasant. As first-time home buyers, we really appreciated how patient she was with us and how generous she was with all of her knowledge. She made the whole process feel so much smoother and less overwhelming, and we always felt like we could ask questions and trust her guidance. We would highly recommend Natalie to anyone looking for a smooth home-buying experience, to learn something along the way, and maybe even make a good friend in the process. As we enjoy our new home, were so grateful to the agent who helped make it all possible and made the experience such a positive one for us.

Kelly was incredible to work with from start to finish. She was completely on top of every detail, keeping us updated and making sure no paperwork or deadline slipped through the cracks. Her communication was unmatched, always quick to respond to our texts and calls no matter the time. Best of all, her negotiation skills are top-notch; she advocated fiercely for us and secured a fantastic deal. We couldn't recommend her enough!" Thank you, Kelly and her fantastic team.

I am so grateful to have met Breyden. I was not living in the area and he helped by using video of properties and gave me honest feedback good or not so good. I completely trust Breyden. Hes great at communicating and being available for questions. He has assisted me with finding contractors and other needs. I would highly recommend Breyden if youre looking for a home. He was a great negotiator and I had total faith him through the whole process. I cant thank him enough.

Cynthia is a dream to work with. Shes not pushy at all and she took all my requirements into consideration. She makes you feel comfortable as a homebuyer which I needed because this was my first time buying a home. She knows the area extremely well and its clear that shes been doing this successfully for a long time. She goes above and beyond because for a lot of listings, I would see the house and then bring my family to see it a second time. Never once did she make me feel like I was bothering her or making her do extra work. She was available on weekends as well as evenings. She would come to open houses with me. Shes also very honest about the pros and cons of the house which is rare in a Realtor because theyre often so focused on selling. Never once did I get that uncomfortable feeling from Cynthia. I 1000% recommend her and Ill be working with her in the future for sure.
