Leena was very professional and helpful with us in both the buying and selling process. From the get go, I was dealing with another lender for several weeks to get pre approved. Leena provided me with another lender and while I did have excellent credit, I got pre approved within 24 hours. This was soaEUR|..important due to the extreme competition in the market to buy a home. We had a unique situation where the home we bought was never put on the market as a family member knew the prior owners and Leena coordinated everything and we are now proud owners of this, our new home. Leena also held a successful open house regarding our prior home, and while I believe the staging of the home helped to show case etc., the home was sold in four (4) days which we never expected. I chose Leena to help us find our forever home after she ordered masks to be donated to a local nursing home and elementary school. I knew then she was caring!! She went above and beyond to help us find a home. On a daily basis she would send me listing and schedule to get us in to see as many as we could..as soon as we could. I highly recommend Leena to anyone looking for either owning or renting property in Northhampton County. In the past 18 months, I have worked with 4 real estate professionals in the buying and selling of residential real estate. All (but one) transaction have been positive and all of my agents possessed certain strengths, Leena Dhawan stands apart in that she brings the entire package. Yes, she is extremely knowledgeable about the area and yes, she is incredibly responsive, What makes her unique: She LISTENS. She REALLY listens. She honed into all of our criteria, understanding all of our priorities immediately, so that when she went to work, she produced relevant listings. She is a firm and effective negotiator, attesting to her innate understanding of the desires of her client AND the other party. Within the first week of working with her, she negotiated with a landlord to get us exactly what we were looking for at a lower price than the asking price. She didn't quit, because the next day, Leena found something even better. This property just came on the market and she helped us navigate the world of purchasing property to rent. Leena owns her own home and a few rental properties, so she is a tremendous resource for prospective buyers of BOTH home ownership and rental property.
