This being my first house to sell I was unfamiliar with many aspects of selling a house. Nevertheless, I always felt like I was being taken care of and that she was looking out for my best interests. Also I wanted someone who would not waste my time on houses that were obviously not what I can use (as I have run into in the past!). Because I am a car fanatic, my list of needs are rather unusual and a bit tough to satisfy.I chose Evangelia at the recommendation of a friend where I work. Evangelia noted my requirements and began sending listings for me to check out. Early on, I responded mainly based on what I saw in the listings. She used that to refine the search and I came up with a list of houses to actually check out. There were a couple that were almost right. While Evangelia stuck mainly to the specific area I had charted out, as she refined the types of properties that interested me, she would throw in an outlier. Then came the day she called and said I just had to see this property. It was not where I wanted it to be but I just LOVE the house and the setting. It is now mine!Evangelia was so helpful and so available via phone and email through the whole project. We are first time hone buyers and we just did not feel like our needs were being met. Then we switched to Evangelia!! It was one of the best decisions we made throughout the process...other then purchasing our home (which she found). I was prepared to interview several agents, but she nailed it on my first phone call. I can't begin to describe how please my wife and I were to work with her from start to finish on our first home-buying experience.Evangelia is professional, yes. But it goes further than that. She cares aEUR" genuinely. We had a wide range of prices in mind, and there were several opportunities in which she could have pushed us to buy a more expensive home. But she never aEUR" ever aEUR" pressured us. We felt as if she were a friend looking out for our best interests. She will give you her opinion if prompted, and she will tell you when she feels strongly about a homes potential. But the decision was always left to us, and we never felt pushed.She communicates. Shes there by text, email or phone and responds promptly. Shes patient. She showed us a lot of homes over several months and never lost her cheer. When we finally found one, she helped us work through the negotiation process, not directly suggesting offers, but simply giving us some concepts and thoughts to weigh before we made a decision.I dont review people or places online, so I assure you this comes from the heart.
