On our most recent purchase Chris was able to get us seller's credit after the final walkthrough of the property minutes before closing due to damages that occurred. On our very first deal with him, he helped us buy a 2 unit family building using an FHA and 6% seller Assist. As a newer landlord he has never made me feel I am wasting his time when I ask him questions in regards to real estate and as well being a landlord. Couldn't be more happy to work with him and recommend him.

Found out that none of those things could happen. He didn't even give a follow up call to see how we could fix things. Wouldn't recommend.

Something about Chris stood out from the beginning. That is why I chose him. I met with 3 realtors all together. Chris was very thorough and explained everything along the way. One of my biggest pet peeves (not with Chris) is when you leave a message and people take their time getting back to you, if they even do. Chris would always either answer my calls or send me a text that he was on the phone, and then he would call me right back. Chris also followed through after the sale to make sure I knew everything went through and to make sure I received my check as well. He is a great realtor and anyone would be lucky to have him help selling or buying a home.

We were first time home buyers and Chris walked us through every step of the process. We had tons of questions and no matter how busy he was he took the time to call and explain everything thoroughly. We definitely hit some bumps in the road with the sellers but Chris handled every issue that came up and we didnt even have time to stress out/worry. Hes professional and gets the job done. Hes also extremely knowledgeable and did everything in our best interest. He recommended us to people (inspection services, home owners insurance, mortgage lenders) and it was all in an effort for us to get the best rates and quality services.
