Keller Williams On The Water

Stephanie was wonderful to work with! She made the whole process easy and stress-free. She was always professional, responsive, and truly cared about helping me rent my home. Everything went smoothly, and I felt supported the entire time. I highly recommend her!

We were fortunate to procure Johann Petriccione of Keller Williams as our real estate agent. Johanna is experienced and highly professional, with a pulse on the current housing market. With Joannas negotiation skills and guidance, we were able to sell our house within one month from listing to closing in an impossible market where existing homes have to compete with hundreds of new builds. The description of our home, the professional pictures, and price point were outstanding. She was always responsive to calls and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend Joanna to anyone needing to sell their property.

Melissa Killion is an exceptional real estate agent. She kept us well informed about various opportunities to consider throughout the process. Melissas outstanding service put us at ease during the sale, and she was extremely helpful during negotiations. She did a fantastic job inspecting our home and provided clear, informative videos and photos. Melissa knows the market well and has a strong command and understanding of the different communities. We truly appreciated her expertise and dedication.

Jesse is very knowledgeable of the area. He was patient while we changed our decision to live in Sarasota part time to full time. In an afternoon he was able to find us the perfect house that had all of our criteria. He is sincere, kind and has great follow through. My husband and I highly recommend Jesse.

Melissa was amazing, extremly helpful and knowledgeable! She guided us through each step of the buying process with confidence and care.I would recommend Melissa to anyone looking for a trustworthy and genuinely caring real estate professional.
