ZillowVERIFIEDWe were fortunate to procure Johann Petriccione of Keller Williams as our real estate agent. Johanna is experienced and highly professional, with a pulse on the current housing market. With Joannas negotiation skills and guidance, we were able to sell our house within one month from listing to closing in an impossible market where existing homes have to compete with hundreds of new builds. The description of our home, the professional pictures, and price point were outstanding. She was always responsive to calls and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend Joanna to anyone needing to sell their property.

ZillowVERIFIED Joanna assisted with a purchase of a Townhouse house for my son. From start to finish Joanna advocated on our behalf to ensure we paid a fair price. The townhouse was owned by a flipper, therefore there was limited knowledge of the property and a new roof was required before insurance could be obtained and mortgage would approve. Joanna worked with the seller's agent and facilitated roof replacement within 3 weeks of the purchase offer acceptance. Start to finish process took only 5 weeks! Joanna reviewed all the documents to ensure all fees were paid by the correct party prior to closing. She was absolutely amazing and always looking out for our best interest. I highly recommend Joanna, she will be your advocate and help in every step of the process.

ZillowVERIFIED We listed our condo during a down real estate market. We had to sell because we had already signed a contract to build. It was a stressful time for us but JoAnna was calm and confident through the entire process. She continually told us she would sell our property, and she did. She marketed it locally, nationally and internationally. She also has a very good relationship with other realtors which was very helpful with follow ups on showings. Joanna is a true professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Joanna stayed in constant communication with me through the entire process of purchasing my new home. I had so many questions and she responded promptly no matter what time of the day I asked. She made sure the builder addressed any concerns that I had and made sure I was financially protected during the process. I love my new home and Joanna made the whole journey as quick and painless as possible.

ZillowVERIFIED Joanna was a beacon of light and a solid anchor throughout a frenetic and sometimes frustrating out of state home search. She assured us that all would be taken care of, that the rough spots in the process she would handle, and was beyond generous of her time both in person and behind the scenes. Ethical, steady, knowledgeable and professional, it was our eternal good fortune that she was recommended to us, and we were smart enough to utilize her expertise.

ZillowVERIFIED Joanna was extremely knowledgeable about the market trends and values. She suggested a great asking price for our condo (which we got). She was able to complete all open houses, advertising, associated tasks and completion of sale within the 60 day window we had. Joanna was essential in pushing the buyers' bank and the closing title company to complete the sale on schedule! We highly recommend Joanna as a seller or buyer's agent. We feel she is the best in Sarasota and will reach out to her if we ever relocate back to the Sarasota area! Thank you Joanna!

ZillowVERIFIED We had the very best selling experience with our Realtor Joanna! She gave some easy tips to staging our home for sale and took professional pictures that looked beautiful online. We received an offer the next day after it listed for full asking price! The process all the way through closing was easy and she kept me informed of everything we needed to do every step of the way. Best experience ever - Thank you Joanna!

ZillowVERIFIED I would recommend Joanna to anyone in search of a home or selling a home. She is experienced and full time. She answered all our calls, emails and text messages now matter what day or time. She was a real big help when we had our closing day changed by making the right calls to the right people and got it changed to meet our needs. Joanna also is networked with the appropriate people if you're in need of a title company, loan officer and even community connections. We really appreciated the fact that Joanna is a straight shooter and tells you what you need to hear and do to get things done. When we had a delay with our closing, she offered to help us find a temporary condo / townhome until we could get moved into our home.

ZillowVERIFIED Joanna is the benchmark for outstanding realtors. She marketed our condo perfectly which led to our unit selling within the first 48 hours it was listed. Subsequently, Joanna was also already working on another deal for a property we had showed interest in and we ended up purchasing our first choice of properties for a great price. If you're looking for a realtor to sell your existing property or purchase a new home for you and your family then you must use Joanna Petriccione!!

ZillowVERIFIED Joanna Petriccione is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and an excellent representative of her profession. Joanna spent several hours with my wife and me and presented us with a plan and suggestions to enhance our sales opportunity. Her suggestions were valid and presented our home in the best possible way. Our home was only on the real estate market for a very short time with Joanna as it sold quickly having received multiple offers. Joanna was accessible through the closing and continued to contact us afterward to consult and assist in the purchase of a new home. We were fortunate to have followed up on a suggestion to contact Joanna and we are so pleased that we did.

ZillowVERIFIED Wow! So, here I am, looking all over the place for a home, and wham! I find what I think is an absolute STEAL OF A DEAL... What does Joanna do? She goes right in for the kill. She negotiated my home down from what it originally sold for in 2002 when it was first built. Must have been in some sad kind of condition you say? Nope, just like brand new. Nothing to do but move the family in and right on time too! Several months later, I bought a dock and a boat! Now I have my boat on a lift in a protected freshwater canal right off the Manatee River and on to Tampa bay and the Gulf! WOWZERS! So you are gonna freak out, honestly. Home, Dock (I own the dock not pay rent) and a Boat for 300K. BAM! OUT OF THE PARK! I am over whelmed. And I would have bought the house for the asking price too, I thought it was too good of a deal already and someone was gonna snap it out from under me... Nope... Now, the house across the street sells in like a few weeks for 400K. WOW. Just wow. I guess it does have a pool (which I have no want for) and an ugly view of a tiny lake with no trees. I have a wonderful view of the 7th Fairway with Live Oaks and Palm Trees and 300 yards to the nearest house which is on the other side of a pond. I have no idea how this happened, but I know it wouldn't have without Joanna's help! She's awesome.

ZillowVERIFIED Joanna worked extremely hard. She is very professional, as well as personable. Joanna is an excellent listener & has a keen eye. She is honest & upfront. Joannas communication skills are impressive. She kept us in constant contact with updates, ideas, & suggestions. Joanna sold my daughters house in less than 24 hours, for asking price ! We had multiple offers for our house within 2 weeks ! Joanna skillfully negotiated the sale at a very acceptable agreement for both parties. Joanna also has gotten us a great deal on a new construction, and set us up in a comfortable condo while new house is being built. Her experience has been beneficial, whether it be overcoming major obstacles or helpful little tips. Selling, moving, temporary housing, new build....whew ! Joannas calm, friendly, professional demeanor definitely eased our stress. But, probably most of all, the confidence and trust we have in her made it all a wonderful experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Joanna was amazing! We were in a very high pressure situation where we had a contract on another home and had to sell first. Not only was Joanna a tireless worker but she had incredible negotiation skills. It is no wonder she is one of the top salespersons in this area. She has a work ethic "second to none." We highly recommend Joanna for any home sale or purchase. Thanks Joanna for helping us get into our new home.

ZillowVERIFIED Joanna was an absolute pleasure to work with. When we put our house on the market, we did not know what to expect. Joanna did an amazing job with our listing. From staging the home to having a professional photographer to make sure our listing was successful. We accepted an offer on our home 5 days after it listed. Her services are truly a one stop shop. She has a wonderful team of very personable and diligent personnel. Her team works what seems 24 hours a day. Not a single e-mail or phone call went unanswered no matter the time of day. Our buying experience was equally wonderful. She has an extensive network and established relationships with other realtors. Because of this we were able to buy our dream home without giving up a single thing on our "must have list." Our selling and buying experience was exciting and smooth sailing. She put out all the fires and took care of all the hiccups that naturally occur in this process. We enjoyed our experience and if we ever sell or buy, I would only use Joanna and her team.

ZillowVERIFIED Joanna has found us a number of investment properties over the last year or so. She's been attentive to our needs and we've always felt very comfortable with her - she never made us feel rushed. Whenever we've had questions, she'd answer them right away if by phone or research and return messages promptly, fully and correctly if she wasn't initially sure of the answer. Joanna is a hard and informed worker. We'd thoroughly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED In a market that is fast-paced and dominated by high profit, it is reassuring to know that consummate and compassionate professionals like Joanna still exist. Joanna navigated our whole real estate buying experience with unrivaled skill and energy, and while we are certain that she had other clients, she never let us feel that way: we were valued and treated with respect. A blessing to our lives!
