ZillowVERIFIEDToni was amazing! She listed our house and after it was shown 3 times and we received 3 offers. In less than week our home was under contract $5000.00 above asking price. Our experience with Toni was the best!! She guided us throughout the whole process. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and communicated so well with us a lot of the normal stress of selling a home was alleviated. We appreciate her so much!! I highly reccomend Toni Gambill to meet your real estate needs.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe have used Toni twice now once to sell our home and now to purchase our new home. She is amazing, and very Professional. She will forever be our go to realtor. Thank you again Toni for being awesome.
ZillowVERIFIEDAs buyers we found ourselves in a couple unfortunate situations from probate to denial and Toni was there every step of the way lending us any necessary information until we persevered and found our forever home. Toni Gambill will go above and beyond for you! Highly recommend.
ZillowVERIFIEDHelped us through a challenging purchase with difficult sellers. She was very understanding of our requirements and totally responsive to all of our requests. Despite our lender throwing up last-minute obstacles at every turn she remained patient and kept the seller's agent moving forward. And even after closing she was willing to help with a few unforeseen issues that needed quick resolution.

ZillowVERIFIEDToni is great! She is very flexible with scheduling needs and is very personable and easy to get along with. We are buying a new construction home and she is good at keeping us updated on the progress of the building and making sure everything is meeting the timelines through this whole process.
ZillowVERIFIEDToni is both professional and friendly. She researched and presented different properties that fit my criteria. She is detail oriented and followed through on every property I was interested in viewing. I would recommend Toni to anyone wanting to buy or sell real estate. Toni was a joy to work with!
ZillowVERIFIEDExcellent service. Toni took care of us and stayed in contact whenever we needed her. She even took it upon herself to take care of things ahead of schedule. She does her own personal inspection of your soon to be home making sure nothing was missed. Toni exceeded my expectations of realtors and I will and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
