ZillowVERIFIEDHolly did an outstanding job helping me find a new home. Although our offer was not accepted, she went above and beyond to put me in the best position to succeed with recommendations on how to make my offer more appealing and protect me financially from possible legal technicalities. When I contacted her out of the blue, she was very quick to respond and secure an early showing on a house that we knew would not last long. I would recommend Holly to anyone looking to buy a home for themselves. She has a sharp eye and doesnt miss any details. I look forward to finding another property with her in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Holly was recommended to me when I was ready to purchase my first home and she found me the right one. When I recently decided to sell I knew who was going to be my real estate agent. She will do anything to make sure you get the best outcome and have the best experience. Holly is simply the best.

ZillowVERIFIED Holly originally helped us buy a house when we moved from Florida. Her expertise helped make the transition to PA easy and seemless. She later helped us sell that house. She is very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED We moved from CO to PA and she took us on as clients. She was willing to go anywhere that we wanted to look at and always had very professional opinions, gave us the knowledge and let us decide. I would hire Holly again in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED Holly helped us sell our first home and buy land to build our forever home. She was so helpful in showing us ways to get our home sold fast (and at the price we wanted) so we could buy our land before someone else did! Our home was sold in a month and we now live on the land we wanted, in our dream home! I have referred Holly to several friends and family members as well who all have had positive experiences! She is definitely a market expert!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We bought our first home with her 3 years ago and she fought for our needs. She also keep within budget and never showed us a home that was out of our budget unless we specifically requested to see it. When my wife and i buy our next home we will be using her.

ZillowVERIFIED We?ve actually used Holly and her team twice. She was so friendly and helpful the first time we bought and sold our house that we asked her about another place 4 years later. She not only assisted in getting the house we wanted but the house we sold went higher than expected too. She?s one of the hardest working realtors I?ve seen and I?ve recommended her to several friends looking for houses in recent years as well.

ZillowVERIFIED Very knowledgeable at what she does. Excellent at sending me the newest listings that didnt hit the market yet. Ended up going with a piece of land that I saw on Zillow over Labor Day weekend, which she helped me so I could see it that day. Told her we wanted the land and she had the offer in and waiting for the seller to see right away, which allowed us to get a jump on the property!

ZillowVERIFIED Holly went above and beyond to assist me with the sale of my home. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated. Calls/texts were promptly returned and all my questions were answered with patience and confidence. She paid attention to all the small details, which I believe got the home sold quickly and seamlessly. Holly was professional and courteous from start to finish and was invaluable during what is often a very stressful time. Will highly recommend to others and utilize her again when the need arises.

ZillowVERIFIED When my wife and I began our home buying journey we had no idea what we were doing or even if were able. Thankfully we found Holly. She worked tirelessly to find us options within our budget, explaining all the nuances with various loan options, and giving us great tips on things to look for in a home that we had never thought of. In the end we bought a home that we didnt know was available, in a neighborhood we didnt think we could afford to buy in. I cant imagine what we wouldve done without Hollys help. Ive recommended her to multiple friends and they have all had similar experiences. She actually cares about putting families in homes they will love, not just about making a buck. I feel like thats a rare quality in real estate agents.

ZillowVERIFIED I enlisted Holly Fullerton on a friend's recommendation. Communication was spotty. On multiple occasions she canceled showings at the last minute without notice and I only found out after calling to ask where she was. Another time she drove to the wrong house halfway across town and was therefore late getting to the correct one. Phone calls or texts were not always returned in a timely manner. I believe I missed out on at least one house due to these delays when they caused me to get dragged into a bidding war that wouldn't have happened if we could have moved more quickly. Once Holly got to the actual property, she was professional and knowledgeable, especially about structural issues and potential needs for repair. But in a fast-paced real estate market like this one, homebuyers can't afford a realtor who flakes out. Though I'm satisfied with the home I eventually purchased, I know I was only one surprise cancellation or delay from missing out on it. Had my contract with Holly expired before I found a home, I would not have renewed it and would have sought another realtor instead.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Holly during the purchase and sale of my home. Could not give a more sincere recommendation. Her and her team made the whole process very easy and simple to understand. Hollys knowledge of the industry and professionalism made everything from the original purchase, to sale of the house a smooth transition! If you are looking to purchase or sell your home, and you want to be in good hands and have someone look out for your best interest-would highly recommend working with Holly and her team.

ZillowVERIFIED We have been so lucky to have the opportunity to work with Holly on two separate occasions. As our realtor in 2015, she helped our family find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. Several years later, when our family needed to move again, she was able to quickly and effectively list our home. We received multiple offers the first few days the house went on the market, thanks in large part to Holly's incredible work. Holly brought in a fabulous photographer to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. She also did a personal walk through to help stage our home, which helped make it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. Her selling price analysis was a direct reflection of her knowledge of the neighborhood which resulted in a final sale above asking price and well above our original expectations. And Holly was there to advise us every step of the way all the way up to closing. We put our trust in her and it paid off. In summary, she knows the market, she knows how to problem solve, she cares about her clients and when she says, aEURoeDont worry, Ive got this!aEUR? she means it. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Holly is fantastic! She goes above and beyond for her clients. From start to finish she was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We have worked with several agents in prior sales and she is who we trust and would use again. Shes super knowledgeable about locations, housing trends, and a fantastic negotiator. She is not the type of person to talk you into a sale for a commission, she really cares that her clients get the right house for them.

ZillowVERIFIED Holly Fullerton was the best realtor my wife and I could have asked for. When we were looking for homes she never showed us a house outside of our price range unless she was certain that the house was over priced. When we put an offer on a home she was direct with me on what she thought was possible. When my wife and I started to get could feet she let us think through our insecurities and did not pressure us in any way. I would highly recommend Holly Fullerton and Weichert Realtors for your home buying experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Holly did an excellent job of selling my Mom's house. It was sold in less than two weeks for the listing price. Knowing we lived out of state, Holly went over and beyond what was required to help us get everything settled and out of the house when it sold. I found Holly extremely knowledgeable about the area and real estate. I would definitely recommend her.
