Dani and her team were extremely helpful right from the start with getting our home sold. This was especially tricky as we were listing our home while living out of state, and while having a renter in the home during the listing process. They provided great advice on pricing the home competitively to help drive interest in the property as well as getting professional photos of the house. Dani and Melissa were communicative and prompt, both with us and with our renter, working with her to coordinate showings and inspections throughout the entire process while respecting her schedule. When the buyer requested some minor repairs after the inspection, Melissa did a great job coordinating with the contractor to let them in the house and obtain a competitive bid to get the work completed. They worked with us to get all the paperwork signed from out of state, and even took care of a last minute request to remove a few leftover items from the property prior to closing. Overall, excellent service from top to bottom. Dani and team lived up to their reputation, without question!
