Megan helped guide us through an extensive search to find just the right home and always made sure we were getting what we wanted not settling for anything. After the offer , she walked us through everything we needed to do and provided resources and vendors to get everything done. An incredibly easy process. On the sale side, Shannon provided all the resources necessary, including a stager to walk-through and tell us everything we need to do and again provided vendors that helped us get our house ready for sale. Thanks to their efforts, we sold in about three days, and again, they walked us through everything we needed to do through the offer, inspection, and closing process. While I hope I wont need to, I would not hesitate to use Explore Home Group again.

ZillowVERIFIED When you buy a home from hundreds of miles away, the relationship and trust you have with your realtor is incredibly important. I had been in contact with a few other real estate agents but felt they didn't understand what I was looking for and were pushing me to buy homes that were above my price range. I cold-called Megan after seeing her name on a Zillow ad and immediately felt at ease. She hustled over to a property right away and got inside for a tour. She looked at many homes for us via Facetime and would immediately give feedback on the space and neighborhood. There were several times she looked a property and quickly determined it was a no-go either because it was poorly cared for or the layout was no good. No time wasted on bad houses. Megan would not let me buy a bad house. I was in town one Saturday to tour homes and Megan and her partner, Shannon, treated me like I was their #1 priority. When we finally found "the one", Megan was quick with the paperwork and we got the house the following day. When we finally arrived to see our new home, I couldn't believe how beautiful it was. More beautiful than the pictures and the neighborhood was incredible. I wouldn't have gotten our new home with the help of Megan. She was indispensable in the home buying process.

ZillowVERIFIED I found Megan on Zillow so I did not go out to find her, but found her by accident. I would have to say that was one happy accident. Megan was more than helpful in finding the right house. In a few cases, she discourage me from some of the houses that we looked saying "I think we can do better than this." She was very patient in me wanting to look at a number of houses saying "We will look at 100 houses if that is what it takes to find the right house for you." Megan suggested we go look at a house that I told her I was not interested in but insisted we take a look at it. Talking about knowing your client and knowing your market. It is the house that I bought and it was everything that I was wanting in a house. She also told me what it was going to take to get this house in terms of making a bid and again she was right on the mark in a tough market of where you are bidding against many other bidders. I got to the house at the right price. If you are looking for a real real estate professional then I don't think that you can do any better than Megan Wampler, she it everything that you would want or need in a real estate agent, hand down.
