Now, as I have a friend trying to find a home with a different agent in this crazy market, I can fully appreciate just how awesome this team is. In this fast-paced marked, you need someone who can be ready to go at a moment's notice, and the DBRE team is! They will make sure you get in to see a home as soon as possible. They are knowledgeable about home maintenance and home ownership, which was so important for me. I was both selling and buying, and the timing of both had me so stressed, but Dani and her team made the process seamless and I was able to close on both homes on the same day! All of the vendors they work with- from stagers to inspectors- are incredible. I can't say enough good things. And what has continued to impress me is how well they care for their clients. Three years later I still get DBRE swag dropped at my doorstep and they provide so many fun opportunities to network and stay in touch via client appreciation events. DBRE does it right and you could absolutely not be in better hands! I will most certainly be calling them again when it's time for me to find another home.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I contacted the Dani Beyer team to help us buy a house since we were moving to the Kansas City area from out of town. Desi Kerr was the realtor that quickly reached out to us and she was fantastic throughout the whole process. First, we didn't know much about the area and Desi helped us identify houses that met our criteria in great neighborhoods close to good schools with short commutes to work. Second, when we traveled to KC to look at houses over the weekend, Desi was able to schedule showings and took the time to show us all the houses we liked in the limited time that we had. Finally, our closing happened during pandemic closures, so everything had to happen virtually, which was somewhat stressful, but Desi was always immediately responsive and helped to make sure everything went as smoothly as it could. Thank you Desi! Even after the closing Desi and everyone at the Dani Beyer Real Estate team were helpful to us answering questions about the area and with closing on our previous home. With the Dani Beyer team we didn't feel like they were in a hurry to close the deal and move on, but rather like long-term clients. Their fun family friendly events were also pretty awesome. We will absolutely recommended Desi to our Friends and colleagues in the future for the real estate needs in the KC metro area.

ZillowVERIFIED Dani came in during the Pandemic to discuss the property and collect the information for listing. She was so knowledgeable and easy to work with. She has the magic touch when it comes to selling in our neighborhood (Bristol Park)! I have seen houses listed with other agents that are on the market exponentially longer (months) than with Dani. Some have even switched to her and she sells everything in days! Her team is amazing to work with! The stager, Jill came and went through the whole house making suggestions to increase the appeal of pictures for the listing, which was very helpful. The photographer came and took amazing pictures including drone footage of the house and community pools! The virtual tour was awesome given the restrictions we were under due to COVID. Annie Grayson was on top of everything related to the process and is the greatest Listing Coordinator ever! We got an offer in 5 days that took very little negotiating on my part. Dani even sent over a contractor to complete a review/resolution of the inspection (minor) findings. The closing was painless and on time for me as the seller. I got exactly what I wanted in the sale, it was smooth and painless from listing to close. I would recommend using the Dani Beyer team for all of your home selling and buying needs! Dani came to do a walk-through appraisal of my property very soon after I contacted them online, and recommended I act quickly to put my place on the market, as it was a strong seller's market in my area at the time. ZillowVERIFIED Choosing to work with Dani Beyer Real Estate was easy for us. We had worked with Dani in 2012 to buy a new home and sell the existing home that we had resided. That experience was seamless and the transition into the new home was simple. In 2019, when we decided to sell our home, we looked no further than Dani Beyer Real Estate. Dani walked through the home to see all the updates that we had made. She pulled numbers and recommended a price range that we could list our house within two days of the first walk through. A week later, we put the home on the market and in the first few days had at least 30 showings. By the end of the week, we had two offers. We talked through the offers and made a decision on the best one and began negotiating. We had planned a vacation right in the midst of the negotiations. We gave Dani's team our non-negotiables. By the time we came back from our vacation, we had a signed deal with everything we wanted. When it was time to move from our house and sign paperwork, we had a sudden death in the family. Dani's team made that situation as easy as it could possibly be. Signing the title was well directed and quick. Dani's team did some really amazing things for us during that difficult move week, including helping us with the move. In order to put a contract on the new house our current home needed to be under contract. This was a major undertaking and overwhelmed didn?t begin to touch what was going on with our emotions. The DBR team sprang into action once we had our listing meeting. They sent us a stager to help us prepare the house and a fabulous photographer to make sure the house looked great in picture. They literally held our hand the entire way. Within 24 hours of listing our home we had an offer and it was under contract within 48 hours. Ecstatic would be an understatement. During the moving process we found that one of our laundry room faucets would not shut off completely and Dani?s team took action to help us get it repaired for the new owners before closing. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sarah and everything she did to help us through the process of purchasing our new home as well. ZillowVERIFIED Dani came to us as a recommendation, and after working with her, it was glaringly obvious why. We went to her with our crumbling, old house (granted-- it was in a desirable area and the market was scorching) expecting some sort of drawn-out, painful process where wed have to replace the roof and the walls and build a new deck and, I dont know, add a 4th bedroom in order to sell, but instead, Dani swooped in, was like, nah, dont bother painting the kitchen. Theyll just repaint it once they buy it, AND THEY DID. (Well, I dont know if they repainted the kitchen. Maybe, because it was this crazy mustard color. But I mean, they DID buy it. The house. Fast.) The process was SO fast that it made my head spin. In a good way. We sold days after listing, and at a price that we felt was more than fair. Every aspect of the sale was seamless and simple. She negotiated an extended close on our behalf, the paperwork was, well, paperwork sucks when you buy or sell a home, but thats not Danis fault... anyway, next thing we know, were many thousands of dollars richer and happy not having to worry about our old house. Wed use Dani again, and so should every single person in Kansas City or the surrounding area. Im serious.
