ZillowVERIFIED Kelli was excellent to work with. Her vast knowledge in the real estate field led to us getting multiple offers in less than a weekend on market and our house selling for over ask. I attribute this to her knowledge of the market and correctly pricing the house when listed. Throughout the selling process Kelli was available for phone calls and text messages whenever we had questions. She never steered us wrong while working through inspections and negotiations. Our buyer had a very long list of repairs that they wanted fixed after the inspection. Kelli was easily able to let us know which repairs were reasonable to correct and fix and which were unreasonable. She negotiated with the buyer/buyers agent to resolve the issues with inspection and still sell for over ask with minimal repairs. Ultimately, Kelli made something that was very stressful to me (selling our home) into a very easy process and saved me a lot of time and worries. I would recommend her to any member of my family or close friends.
