Shelby did an exceptional job of representing our interests in the purchase of our new home. She was responsive and proactive. She communicated at all stages and was incredibly knowledgeable in the area, the process, new construction, home inspections, ordinances, HOA's, schools, and the community. She is relatable and did a great job of making sure that we were comfortable throughout the entire process.

She provided us detailed feedback on the communities we were interested in, advocated for us with home builders, and visited our home regularly while it was under construction to send us videos and updates. I cannot recommend Lisa Roe highly enough. She was truly an answer to prayer for our family during one of the most difficult seasons of our lives. My father-in-law had a stroke in February, and once we realized he would not be able to return to his two-story home, we needed to sell quickly so he would have money available for his care. We listed the house on March 19th and closed on June 1st, and I truly believe the process went as smoothly as it did because of her. I met Andy randomly and I'm so glad I did! Andy did a fantastic job, from the beginning to the end, helping me find my home! He scheduled me to see 5 houses in 1 day, and our day ended making an offer! Andy printed information about each listing which was very helpful while viewing each home. He was friendly, knowledgeable, very responsive and got me to the closing table within a week and a half! The lender he works with is also wonderful, I'm glad I took his advice.
